“This Dunkin’ Donuts is the absolute best. I actually called them because I’m on my way to a doctors appointment with my son and I stopped in swift water At that Dunkin’ Donuts, my son asked me for his bagel and when I opened it up to give it to him, there was about a dime size of cream cheese on there, and the other side Didn’t have anything on it not to mention my food was also burnt and hard as a rock so I called the Tannersville Duncan and they were more than accommodating and told me to come on over so they could fix it for me. I’ll definitely just be back to this Dunkin only. Thank you For great customer service and making full bellies happen in this car ride!!“

“Absolutely nothing I got burnt food and stale and then when I call back and ask for the manager he refused to give me his name then I got mad and he hung and called me back and asked me my name not once but twice and I gave it to him and I even spelt it for him and he turned around kept calling me a different name asked me if I wanted my food replaced I said absolutely not I just wanted my money back would never recommend to go to this place ever again very nasty and rude people the last time I knew when you call the manager at a store they gave you their name I did finally get the name but had to go through hell to get it!! And I don’t want to hear boo-hoo in about it’s a holiday either because I am essential worker and I have to work every holiday usually“

“Today I visited Dunkin at Pocono Summit. I ordered avocado toast along with hash browns, but unfortunately, they did not have the toast available. I also asked for an egg and cheese croissant, but that item was unavailable as well due to a high volume of orders. Since today is Sunday and weekends are usually very busy, I feel they should keep more food items stocked to avoid running out so quickly.

Aside from the limited availability of some menu items, everything else was good. The staff was polite, the service was fine, and the overall experience was still acceptable. I have also added a reference to the cancellation receipt for the unavailable items.“

“I do take outs. I like Double D. Most likely I figured, because I am a repeat customer, I get what I perceive as good service. Most Double D locations and cleanliness belong in the A circular.

Vegetarian options: There is nothing wrong to be a Vegan. There is also nothing wrong to be a beef eater. People have the ability to choose. They stay in their lane.

Parking: Nearly all Double D that I have patronized have adequately parking.“
