My family of 4 are staying at a nearby resort and we’re so excited to go to Friendly’s as we don’t have one where we live anymore. We arrived at 7:28 and by 7:45 still had not been seated, despite being told about 10 minutes earlier that someone would be right with us. The 3 servers continued to do their thing, but noticed us there and ignored us. I finally asked to speak to the manager, who came out, looked at us and continued doing what she was doing. My husband and I really miss Friendly's. We saw the sign and said let's get lunch. They nolonger have the parry melt, my favorite and my hubby love mozzarella sticks. They used to have tiny ones that were fantastic. The new mozzarella was good. The food was good, the service was slow and it was freezing inside. The bathroom was clean, that is always a plus. I would go back again and bring my winter coat. 😆
After waiting 15 minutes to be seated waited another half hour and not even asked what we wanted to drink. They WEREN’T busy. By far the WORST service
