The Belvidere is a great new local bagel shop that can do an everything bagel properly. The bagel is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the Scallion Cream Cheese is the way to go. The food is hot and delicious, the service quick and kind, and the inside wonderful. The Belvidere is definitely the best bagels in PA, worth checking out.
