“My husband and I visited The Old Farmhouse Tea room this past Saturday 2/10/2024. It was just the 2 of us out on a date. Our server Katelyn (not sure if that's how her name is spelled) wad VERY NICE and professional and walked us through everything. The food was great, the service was FANTASTIC, and she was kind enough to take a picture of us. We hope to visit again, and next time we'll try the dinner option? “I eat here just about every week. The jerk island bowl with chicken is AMAZING! It is something I could never get tired of. The blackened grilled chicken Caesar salad is also amazing, along with the chicken cheesesteak sub, smash tacos, fries, etc. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. The prices are reasonable, the staff/owners are wonderful, and the food is the best in town. What more could you ask for!? TRY IT!!”

“This was our first time here, and we were thoroughly impressed.We were greeted at the door by a smell of cleaning product which makes you feel good about how well a place is kept up. The interior was trendy and well lit. The place was very clean and organized.The server was tremendous. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to choosing our entrees.The food was the show stopper. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and well crafted on the plate. There is a great variety of dishes to chose from and even something for vegetarians.Overall great experience!!”

“(Mcsherrystown location) First time and won't be the last. Ordered an iced caramel coffee with their breakfast sandwich. The coffee was the best I have had locally. My partner ordered a hot late and also said it was delicious. The sandwich included scrambled egg, bacon, cheese, and Chick-fil-A sauce. Umm, can you say genius? So tasty! Service was pretty quick even with a constant flow of customers. Ambiance had a play area for kids and people catching up over coffee. Hopefully more quiet during the week if you want to work remotely. Everyone seemed to be having a great time!”

Shop itself is easy to get to, adequate parking, and comfortable inside with limited seating. Employees were very helpful and pleasant. Per shop employee, Whole bean only available at this location. “This was a new place to me since this wasn't here before I moved away. I asked someone walking by (I thought they was walking by) if they ever had it and if it was any good. They raved about it so I decided to try it. Was pricier then I was expecting but the all of the workers was wonderful. I had a half cheesesteak hoagie combo minus green peppers with mozzarella cheese instead of american. The fries was nice and crisp but not too crisp and they was not too salty. Which was refreshing because i don't like them too salty. I also ordered a side of scramble eggs. While I was gone the only way I could have a cheesesteak is if I made it. So it was refreshing to not have to make it myself. I was beyond happy with the food and service I even requested to speak to their cook and I promised it was nothing bad. I had to give my praise. Everyone was so wonderful and welcomed everyone. However they tend to close early or so I have noticed when I tried to go back again. I highly recommend this place and I will be definitely be going back. They do accommodate ppl if they need special accommodations without even batting an eye and not look at you any differently so don't be worried if you have to ask. Diningroom and bathroom is kept extremely clean. Keep up the awesome work you guys.Kid-friendliness: Yes nice relaxed and positive atmosphere for all ages to dine at.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all leveled ground so easy entrance for all to go in.”

“Fantastic food a great service. The drinks (mango mojito and Chai martini) were so good. The owner came to our table and exuded hospitality.Adding an update: Dinner was again delicious. Some of what we had: the shrimp appetizer, fish curry, the Indo Chicken, and a Mango Martini. The personal touch of being checked on by the owner and chef is unmatched in downtown York.”

“I found this lovely place the other day and have been back three times now. Both the dirty Chai and the regular Chai latte are delicious and always the same standard. The staff is kind and attentive and the atmosphere is quite and peaceful.”

“I'm giving a 5 star because of the people & the atmosphere. Also the lightest BEST quiche and delicious Shepherds pie!! The pastries are delicious as well...For someone who is big on hospitality, every time I go in here it feels like a welcoming neighborhood gathering Spot. At the counter, you are always welcomed by a polite hello or good morning from Kathy and Alan the chef, will often times come out to the front to greet customers as well. You just can't find that small town mannerly service many places anymore. Friday night dinners are posted on Thursday in the store and you have to call ahead to order one and get a time slot. if you're looking for that small town feel where it seems like everybody knows everyone then I highly recommend Paulette's.”

“We have been coming to this winery since its beginning. I have a treasured piece of jewelry which I purchased years ago from an artist that has since gone on to Heaven. We usually stop for a bottle of wine & charcuterie board at different seasons & sit on the porch. Today we partook of the " For the Love of a Franc" event. The actual event is scheduled hourly. We decided to remain in the outer area to continue to enjoy our wines & food pairings. We left the eventwith a bottle of each vintage 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015. My favorite was 1014. A lovely dry with a quick yet powerful finish without the lingering of most dry Francs. Please give this quaint & friendly winery a visit. You will NOT be disappointed!”

“My husband and I ventured into York city this evening. Found street parking.We started out with the shrimp and crab egg rolls. Excellent appetizer. My husband got the side salad, which was very fresh . He enjoyed it very much. He also had a nice cold beer.We both had the seafood linguini. It was so tasty, full of scallops, shrimp, clams and mussels. The broth was so creamy and buttery. I also had some toasted bread as an extraOur server was on the spot. Excellent service. “Found this place while in town for a gymnastics meet. Great place, nice atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of beers on tap, IPAS, stouts, sours, lots of choices.And the food was wonderful. Started with cheese curds and a Flatbread, then the Nashville (kinda) Hpt Chicken Sandwich. One of three best I've had, perfectly cooked, crispy, and hot but overall a well balanced flavor.”

“During Lent Season, we frequent Big Mike's Crabhouse on a Friday, typically late afternoon. We try to beat the crowd, as this restaurant is not that big, but the seafood is absolutely delicious! Service is always excellent!!!! Big Mike's is a very relaxed atmosphere! They are a BYOB, so you can bring your favorite adult beverages if you choose to do so!!! If you choose to have an entree, but do not wish to have the sides, they will adjust the price! I love their cod fish (2 pieces), but don't always want the French fries, etc., they will serve you just the fish and adjust your bill accordingly. The pound of shrimp is always cooked to perfection, we have our shrimp served with melted butter and cocktail sauce, so delicious!!! If you're in Hanover and love seafood, stop by!!!!”
