“Best place around for quality and price of food, service and atmosphere. Beats Dylan’s and Jen Jen’s hands down. Can’t complain. They have 4 tv’s w ballgames on, live music and tix/prizes on a Tuesday. Pool tables. Food specials every day. Tacos are fresh and filled. Chill but very busy, in a good way. Plenty of seating. What else can I say? Wish I’d been making the extra 10min further drive east to come here years ago.“

“The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. I was there for dinner on a weekend. It was busy so they were all hustling and the food came out quickly. The family was all pitching in and wanted each guest to have an amazing experience. It’s a newer restaurant and I can’t wait to go back when it’s slower to ask more questions. “What a great find! Hole-in-the-wall bar feel and I mean that with all the admiration and love. Food was bar food style - we had the burger with Gouda (Gooey Gouda Burger) and cheese curds and tried several beers out of the thirty they had on tap. Shayne was our sever and what a great young man. Awesome personality and efficient. Checked on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. We had four different beers from different breweries around the country and I ended my evening with a pumpkin spice martini (Holy cow! DELICIOUS!) over all - fantastic bar experience! Casual dining and casual attire required. Definitely would visit here again!“

“The Valley Tavern provides good regional food and drink in a 19th-century building. In fact, I enjoyed seeing several photos on the walls from "back in the day." The Tavern has both a busy bar section as well as a bight and comfortable dining room. The server expertly managed both sides of the operation. When I asked about beer on tap, she suggested the Perpetual IPA, which was the perfect start. The Maryland style crab soup was loaded with vegetables. My fried oyster platter was prepared just right so that I could easily taste the oysters. The pickled beets and Cole slaw were appropriate and tasty sides. I especially enjoyed the colorful farm animal artwork on the walls. Overall, a mist satisfying lunch.“

“Looking for a beer and lunch a little before noon in York. We went to this gem downtown. I haven't been there in a long time, but it won't be nearly as long until I'm back. Neat place with tons of atmosphere. Impressive selection of spirits on the shelf behind the bar. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.“

“They have a great selection of beer and they make great Appletinis and Old Fashioneds so there's something for everyone. The Appletinis are large! The place is older so a bit so it's a bit of a dive, but it's great for a drink or two while hopping around town.“

“Love the new modern rustic look since they remodeled. I had a work trip in PA and met up with my family for dinner here. I’m completely in love with their bbq cheesesteak (no bun) on top of sweet potato fries and their dessert is out of this world. It’s very laid back and no rush. I enjoyed eating here and will definitely come back in the future when I visit!“

“As a semi-regular overseas visitor to the USA, going to Chili's is always an event.....loved the food (I have a thing for the chicken crispers) and the server Steve was really attentive and courteous. They are suffering (like everywhere else) from staff shortages and we were put into the waiting area even though there was no shortage of free tables. We had to wait slightly longer than usual but it didn't detract from the overall experience.“
