“Great place with both outdoor and indoor seating. They have crabs, seafood, and broasted chicken. There are a good assortment of sides. The broasted chicken was awesome, and my wife really liked the crabs. It's a casual place with a nice casual atmosphere. It can be loud. We spent about $60 for the two of us, including the tip. That's comparable to what we spend at Mission or Red Robin and less than we typocally spend at Long Horn. Hanover is about an hour and a half from where we live. Today we were in the area for other reasons and decided to give Big Mike's a try. We will definitely come back, just to eat here, even if we don't have any other reason to go to Hanover.“

But hadn't frequented the white rose after they went to a more upscale setting, my old high school homie suggested we go there and after we got seated I found out his out of town visit was for a death in his family that he assumed I knew about but I did not... now your staff being as great as you guys are and the food made this bad personal experience for us very nice otherwise, and it made me feel I may visit again sometime for lunch and a cold 🍺“

“We recently discovered Oak, just a half mile from our home, and it’s truly a hidden gem in an area with limited dining options. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Our bartender, Zach, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and offered fantastic recommendations—including the Steak and Eggs for brunch, which exceeded all expectations. The steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the eggs—a dish I had never tried before but will definitely be ordering again. My husband enjoyed the BLT Eggs Benedict, which was equally impressive. The thick-cut bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and flavorful hollandaise made for an unforgettable dish. The service throughout our visit was outstanding, and when asked for recommendations, Zach confidently told us that everything on the menu is great—and from what we tasted, we absolutely believe it. If we could give Oak a 10 out of 10, we would. For anyone in the area or just passing through, we highly recommend stopping by. Oak is a standout dining experience, and we’ll definitely be returning soon!“

“What a night! I finally took Cooper for his 1st Lobster. After watching lots of “Coyote Peterson” uTube videos for a couple months, he’d been asking me to take him to eat one. Today was the day. Thank you to Hanovers Red Lobster & their General Manager Michael, he gave us the ultimate educational experience & even sat down with us & showed Cooper how to eat it. Mike got the meat out while Cooper ate it 😂😂. Cooper loved every bite of it & dipped it in his “hot warm butter”. He suggested his 8 year old friend Mia, try a “no thank you bite” ( that’s my rule ! 😂) And, she liked it! It was so funny! Had a great time. Cooper had a blast & enjoyed having Mia join him too!! “We've eaten there three times now; The food is good, the servings are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Everyone is friendly. Only drawback I could see is that when it's really busy, seating is difficult. They have plenty of American options for food, but I haven't ordered any yet; their Mexican dishes are awesome.“

“We took our family there for dinner Saturday. The food was delicious: wings, fish, chicken, turkey wings,cheesesteak, yams and Mac and cheese. We felt the prices were competitive, like other restaurants . Customer service was good too. We enjoyed the owner’s sense of humor. She was really funny. It was a good time. Will definitely go back again. You have to try the blueberry lemonade and sweet potatoe cornbread.“

“See a lot of negative comments about hard shell crabs. I’m a huge fan of hard shell crabs and have gotten a lot of dozen of LG & XL throughout years of Dottie’s and when was T&T seafood I think crabs are great and decently priced. Local in Dover so nice to have them warm by the time you get home!“
