“Wonderful food, 10/10 staff. Was met with a very warm welcome, and the lady filled my bowl up like crazy. Great ratio of rice and meat to other ingredients, and chips were salted quite nicely. Tables could’ve been a bit cleaner, but overall it was probably my best chipotle experience, and I’ve had chipotle a hundred times. Definitely gonna be back at the Thorndale location.“

“Stopped past the one in Downingtown today for lunch I had the Birria tacos and the beef Quesadilla the food was very good and refreshing. Made to order. Mimi waitied on us and she was very polite and friendly with a flashy smile. I will recommend. & I will definitely be eating here again :)“

“I can only speak on the Downingtown drive-thru location. The manager was friendly and enthusiastic. If you want drive-thru Mexican food, it's way above Taco Bell. It's the same food as their restaurant locations but with faster, drive-thru service. My burrito was delicious! The only negative was the burrito was in a cold tortilla. Their tortilla chips were excellent as well. The best part is their prices have lowered! You must try the shrimp tacos as well!“

“Great food, easy location, friendly staff. We have had 2 great meals here to date and are headed over for lunch today. The steak burrito and birria are amazing. Flavorful and fresh with the use of spice as depth and not just “how hot can we make this”. 100% returning again and again and looking forward to more great dishes“

“If you are craving actual quality zesty fresh flavor, than this is the only place. I keep wanting to take a picture of my order to show in the review, but I get too excited to eat my food that I forget. Great location, customer service. No fluff, just authentic good food. I recommend you eat this food in person for maximum experience.“

“I wanna start off by saying their horchata comes in a Hugh jug which is great!!! Very flavorful nice and sweet. Al pastor tacos had tons of flavor and very juicy!!! Homemade tortillas for sure. Rice and beans also had a lot of flavor… Inside the restaurant it’s self is very bright and spacious. A lot of parking on street and a parking lot. The only complaint I really have is the tortillas them self’s are just a little grainy as it’s expected since it’s homemade. Besides that place has great Al pastor tacos.“

“The breakfast burritos are phenomenal, Im sure the other food is good but thats all I have had along with the orange juice.I always get the exact same thing. Froman Burrito with fresh avocado and extra cheese, its the best breakfast I have had in town.I see a lot of complaints about pricing and wait times, and Jaco has a tiny kitchen/restaurant so I feel confident they are just doing the best they can in regards to wait time.Pricing? Its definitely not cheap but we live in an expensive area and everything is really fresh and good and they don’t skimp on portions, if price point is your concern nowhere in West Chester is cheap anymore.“
