“I heard by word of mouth that the Vintage Tavern had the best Philly style cheesesteaks in the Poconos. If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! As a bonus they have a late 50s to mid 60s vibe.”

“I'm from Jersey and went to the Poconos for my birthday. I wanted something good and simple to eat at the resort. This place was it! It was a Thursday, so I chose the BBQ chicken and rice n peas. Delicious!!!! I'm glad I got the Buss-up roti with veggies (pumpkin n spinach). My goodness!!! The flavors!!! Nothing I ate was overly salty or spicy. I wish I lived close by. I would definitely go back. Highly recommend!”

And let me tell ya about those potato wedges! They were still warm when they hit the table, with a flakey, crispy outside and fluffy inside that practically melted in my mouth. Couldn’t get enough of ‘em.

Now, I gotta give a shout-out to the biscuit. This biscuit was *everything*. Soft, warm, and never dry, it had just the right touch of sweetness, paired with that buttery savory flavor that makes you feel like you’re sittin’ at grandma’s Sunday table.

Yes food was not only wonderful but the quantity of the food was so worth it for the price we paid but our host made the whole night and the whole dining experience is so worth stopping. She came back repeatedly and not just came back but she came back with a super beautiful smile repeatedly. A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.”

“A lovely poconos getaway that is a unique and relaxing experience! We wanted to find something to get good rest and relaxation, the French Manor Inn did not disappoint! The breakfast and dinner were amazing! We did the romantic package as an add on which just added to the time away with welcome cheese charcuterie board and champagne, then chocolate covered strawberries at turn down. The suite that we got was spacious, maintained well, and had a gorgeous outside view. We also loved the sitting area with the fireplace made a cozy and relaxing area. The property is well kept and offers numerous things such as fireplace outside, games, lounge areas, indoor pool, and hiking trails. The staff were attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful with questions or any concerns. David was so welcoming, informative, and nice along with all the other staff! The staff created an atmosphere that was charming, stress-free, and comforting. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience! We look forward to returning again!”
