“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

The food was okay, but friendlies hasn't really been known for serving lobster, but that is on their menu. I had the ice cream flight of three different flavors, which is what friendly's his most famous for.“

“We had The Bally Hotel cater my daughter’s birthday party on Saturday and the food was excellent and plentiful! The owner was super easy to work with and accommodating with what we wanted for the menu. They provided us with the chafing dishes which kept our food warm until we ate which was almost an hour and a half after we picked it up. The food was also perfectly packed so there were no issues with any spilling during transport. Would highly recommend having The Bally Hotel cater your next event. You won’t be disappointed!“

“If you’re down on your luck it’s a great place to live. Jeep Cherokee has been living here for 2yrs. An rv has been here for about a year and nobody bothers you. This morning there were 8 cars that have been living there for the last week. No police activity and if they do come they are just here to say hello. They have informed that Cracker Barrel doesn’t have a problem with it so enjoy an extended stay. YOU DON’T EVEN NEED TO SPEND A DOLLAR INSIDE. Throw trash on ground and the neighbors will pick it up Free living with no consequences. We travel with a camper trailer and have done overnights in our trailer but this is an abuse of the kindness of Cracker Barrel. These people are living here rent free. Neighbors don’t know who these people are“

“Madeline's is a great, affordable choice if you're looking for a lovely venue for a special event! We held our wedding ceremony and reception (for 60 guests, but they can accommodate more) in the restaurant’s upstairs banquet facility. From the start of planning to the day of the wedding, both event coordinators provided incredible attention for every detail of the event: the timing and setup of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and a special private area for the bride. The banquet facility is wheelchair-accessible, spacious, and has plenty of natural light. There’s also an outside terrace. We had a number of guests with different dietary preferences and needs, including one with severe food allergy concerns. The coordinators were especially understanding of this. Before we chose a menu or signed a contract, they made a special effort to contact the guest with food allergies, and asked specific questions to be sure the menu and venue would be safe. They helped us to feel confident that there wouldn’t be any problems from the allergens of concern, and they worked closely with us on a creative menu that everyone would enjoy. The food was superb! Both event coordinators were present on the day of the event. Everything ran smoothly, and we and our guests really enjoyed it! The entire staff was courteous and attentive, and it was a joyful, memorable day. We look forward to going back for dinner!“

“I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! “We ordered the catering and bar package from K’Town Pub for our wedding, and we were beyond impressed with the entire team! From the start, we knew we wanted our wedding dinner to be from them - it’s one of our favorite spots and very special in our hearts, and they absolutely delivered!! The BBQ pulled chicken and pork were a huge hit with our guests, and the mac & cheese (our personal favorite dish) was as incredible as ever. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly served. Our favorite bartender, Jen, worked that night, and she, along with the entire bar team, were fantastic. The entire staff working were friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly all evening. It truly made the night feel extra special having familiar faces there celebrating with us. Coordinating with Jeromy was seamless from start to finish, he made the planning process so easy and stress-free. We wouldn’t have changed a single thing. “Great food served with a side of excellent service! Abby was phenomenal. She has a warm and friendly personality but more significantly, a tremendous sense of humor. When I get the feeling a server can handle my wackiness, when I ask for honey mustard for my fries, I specify “mustard honey.” She smiled and said Sure!

My in-laws got their usual, a White Russian sandwich and a burger. My wife got a French Dip type of sandwich, and I ordered a French Onion Soup with a side of curly fries. When Abby brought out our food she saved mine for last, and she said “here’s your mustard honey.” She sat down a bottle of honey and a bottle of mustard. The four of us busted up laughing because the joker got PUNKED! But yes, I did get the real thing.

As usual our food was served hot and was very tasty. It wasn’t just punking me that made me appreciate her. Abby truly enjoys people, which reflects on the exceptional level of service she provides. Servers like Abby are rare these days, and I trust management will pass on our complements. And I hope I spelled her name correctly because it could be Abbie. Either way she rocks!

After being seated and waiting more than 15 minutes to be waited on while a waitress walked by us twice ignoring us and two other couples came and were seated near us and were waited on right away, we walked out! No one said a word. Another turn off, there obsessed with vacuuming and sweeping the floor. Yes l like a clean restaurant but not vacuuming or sweeping done by our table while were trying to have a peaceful meal and dust blowing around in the air. Wont be going back.“

“This is easily the best option for food at the mountain. There's a kids menu that is reasonably priced with options like grilled cheese, cheeseburger, ham and cheese. Fountain machine for sodas as well as a cooler with bottled drinks.

For breakfast, the buffet is a good value as it includes coffee and kids 10 and under are free.

The manager Jordan is ever present and super helpful, ensuring the service is excellent. He kindly helped us when my kid dropped his hot chocolate. Even got the kid a new hot chocolate, which was not necessary but very much appreciated. All of the staff here are very friendly and ensure a good family experience for meals.“
