“All of the food was really good and there was plenty in each container. My go to order at a new place is Singapore Mei fun, hot and sour soup and an egg roll and spring roll. The Singapore Mei fun is the best I’ve had in years outside of a couple places in Chester County and of course, downtown Philly. The egg and spring rolls were stuffed with nice fresh veggie ingredients and were cooked perfectly. The hot and sour soup had plenty of vegetables and tofu, and was just spicy enough! I’ve lived in Berks County for the past 11 years and this is the first place that I can say makes really good Chinese food. I just moved into this part of the county in November and I am very happy having found this place! Kudos to the owners and chef!“

“I’ve had takeout here a few times now, and this is officially the best takeout Chinese food we’ve had locally.

General Tso and Sesame Chicken are crispy and delicious. Great fried rice and white rice. Crab Rangoons are awesome and we love the fried dumplings as well.

Highly highly recommend if you need to pickup lunch or dinner and are craving good Chinese.“

“Love coming here for lunch sometimes when I’m craving some good chinese. Food’s always delish, fresh and fast! I always get my favorite, the Chicken w/ Broccoli and Pork Fried Rice. The owners are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I also love how they’re open on Mondays as many Chinese Restaurants are not, which is a huge plus! “We have been ordering from China Moon for 10+ years. The food is ALWAYS perfectly prepared and delicious. They can easily accommodate special requests too! (Note the are closed on Tuesday). We order weekly and have always enjoyed amazing meals.“

“I typically from here through door dash. So the only rating I can give is on the food. I'm a creature of habit and get the same exact thing every time. Beef and broccoli we pfr, egg roll and crab Rangoon. Everything is very tasty. Eggrolls are a bit bigger than what you get elsewhere which I love. Rangoons are pretty standard. They're a little skimpy with the beef. The only thing I'm kind of iffy about is the pfr.... There's a different taste that I can't put my finger on. Chinese 5 spice maybe? You can definitely taste the clove which I don't hate.

“Incredible vegan options!! Especially the vegan spare ribs, it’s hard to know the difference honestly. All the sauces on the entree dishes are unique and flavorful. We loved the vegan nuggets and sesame chicken as well. Excited to come back and try the rest of the V options!“

“Best Chinese food in Oley and surrounding areas! Chicken is always tender and not chewy, their egg rolls are just perfect and we love their lo mein. I always get frustrated when some restaurants just add in a bunch of broccoli stems in their food and Hong Kong has a good mix of all veggies in their meals. We go here frequently. Definitely recommend!“

“Been going here for years, almost all of the low reviews are from people who had one bad experience and cried about it. It’s a small family business that is willing to do what they can to serve you great Chinese food. I’ve had a fish or two that wasn’t right, but they corrected it with no issue. Give them a try before you listen to cry babies that just have bad taste buds or sensitive feeling about asking kindly for the food to be remade. 10/10“
