“After the quality of food kept declining at our usual Chinese place, we were on the hunt for a new take-out spot. Ruby Cafe did not disappoint! The only downside to this place is that they don't deliver. The service was great and the order process was seamless, I was even informed that I get a free 2 Liter since my order was $50. This is something some Chinese places don't even make you aware of, in hopes you won't ask Since it was a Friday evening, it was quite busy (nothing that calling your order in ahead of time can't fix), and it took a little while to get the order. We checked twice on the status, and one of the employees, a woman, checked each time with a smile on her face and then politely informed me of the status. We had Shrimp Fried Rice, Plain LoMein, Bone-in Spare Ribs, Crab Rangoon, and Szechuan Triple Delight. Let me just say, that this has been some of the best American Chinese food I had in a while. The only someone negative is that I didn't like the Crab Rangoon. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, just did not like their spin on it. There are a couple of tables available for indoor seating, but it's nothing fancy. I would say it's your typical Chinese delivery and take-out seating and atmosphere. Now, if you're looking for authentic Chinese food, then this is not the place. However, do yourself a favor, next time you're in the mood for some American Chinese food give Ruby Cafe a try.“

“This was my first time experience with Wok N Roll, and I am extremely satisfied not only with the excellent quality of food but also with the expertise of Jenny who took my order. I am an extremely particular eater, and I was very impressed with how well my instructions were followed. I placed an order for 6 dinners with particular adds and deletes to each dinner, and Jenny carried out each one perfectly. She even labeled each meal by name, so it would be easy to differentiate which meal was to go to which person. I would rate Wok N Roll with 10 stars if it were an option!!! “The owners were very nice people and tried to introduce Asian foods in the neighborhoods. They gave me extra rice for my rendang beef (Indonesian famous beef spices) and extra sambal (Indonesian chili sauce). People should try this place. It was located in a historical building and street. The rendang was new menu and not in the option for review.“

“I wish I had found this spot earlier. My usual place is closed on Mondays so I figured I'd try somewhere I hadn't been. This is now without question my new favorite chinese place.
The general tso's was exactly what I hope for when ordering anywhere- a flawless execution of a classic. Tons of food, crispy without being overcooked, great rice... everything was done just right. It was the perfect general tso's.

“This is my go to spot for Chinese food. But every time I order pick up or delivery, something is always missing. The only time they get it right is when I am there to watch them pack my food. Chicken and broccoli forgot my white rice, sauces and chopsticks. Order combos and they neglect to add my egg rolls, order extra shrimp in broccoli they forget to add but charge me for it.“

We got a few entrées to share: cashew chicken, beef and broccoli,shrimp with lobster sauce. All were very good, beef was tender and flavorful. Wish we lived in the area. “I have been going here for years. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. You get a good amount of food for the price. You also get plenty of meat too, not just veggies, unless that what you want. It's takeout only but there is plenty of parking. I can't say what my favorite dish is, because they are all so good. I recommend this place all the time. I love it.

We thought the food, especially the Szechuan stuff, was better than the other takeout places we've tried in Easton. The General Tso's, for example, even though it was American-style sweet, had that smokey depth from real Chinese hot chilis in oil instead of just cayenne for a bite. And the roast pork with Chinese vegetables tasted slow roasted.
