Chopstix Express Reviews
Shrimp and lobster sauce might as well be called shrimp soup
My husband gets hot and sour selections and thinks they are fine

We order from here almost weekly. I’ve tried so many Chinese food places in the LV and most of them are inconsistent or disappointing. Chopstix Express is the only one that is consistently delicious, to the point where I won’t even bother trying anywhere else. Favorites include
-general tsos chicken
-fried rice
-beef and broccoli (so so good)

It’s just so good. I don’t even know what more I can say. I wouldn’t get Chinese food anywhere else. When chopstix express is closed, I don’t have Chinese. It comes quickly and is the best.

Chopstix Express in Bethlehem is a solid Chinese restaurant that has been a favorite during the pandemic. The portions are good, and the cooking is better than most takeout places. The General Tso's tofu and lo main are highly recommended dishes that never disappoint. The staff is friendly, and the food is always satisfying. One customer warns about a tipping scam, so it's advised to double-check your total. For those looking for a tasty meal with generous portions, Chopstix Express is a reliable choice. Don't miss out on trying the eggplant with chicken entree for a flavorful experience.
