I’ve had to bring someone to Towanda for appointments this week.. I stopped at BK both times.. Very, very poor customer service.. orders were wrong and was told it was my fault the first time.. no I know what I ordered.. and the food was cold. Second time order was wrong.. and was told if it was wrong I needed to go inside... there’s a reason for the drive up and that is to NOT go inside.
The food is always gross at the north Towanda location. Usually just thrown in the bag, order is 9 times out of 10 WRONG, fries are either cold or super soggy. Buns are stale. Refuse to eat there.
