Not a good experience today. Ordered n did not receive either my military discount and a complete combo. Disappointed in customer service. Not sure if i will go back again. I did voice my displeasure to employee.

As soon as i walked in there was a clean, family friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Kalliegh, my server, was very cordial and joyous. The Food was Great and the Portions even Greater.

Family Ties Restaurant is an old landmark in Townville. They serve traditional home-style food. Recently I ordered the Atlantic Fried Cod Dinner and it was delicious. They also serve tasty soft serve ice cream!
