“Best authentic Thai food in the main line area! It is now my go to place for Thai food even though a bit far from where I live. I usually do takeout but they also have limited tables if you want to dine in. Maybe call before you go to make sure they have seats. Everything we tried was so good… pad Thai, pineapple shrimp fried rice, drunken noodle, mussel pancake, black rice pudding with coconut cream, sweet taro puffs, tom yum.”

“This suburban hotspot is friendly, inviting and unpretentious with a menu that is far more than standard pub fare. This place has the feel of being both a local favorite for grabbing drinks after work and also one of the best, possibly only, option for weekend nightlife - a place with live music and the the large semi-enclosed porch area with an adjacent “sandy beach” feature. If I lived closer, I’d probably go often just to get out of the house and do something fun.”

“Had the best Halloween decorations I'd ever seen in a restaurant, and it really added to my dining experience. My order was made super quick and the employees were very nice. I ordered the oreo and brownie cupfection with chocolate ice cream, which is to die for. Will definitely return soon!”

“We'd seen this restaurant on TikTok and decided to make the 45 minute drive to try it out (ended up being more than that because for some reason our map thought the restaurant was in Manayunk). It was worth it all! Delicious food served fast and hot. The chicken (OMG white cheddar snow!), kimchi loaded fries, sauces all amazing. Got some bulgogi egg rolls to go and a 4-pack of their "Seoul'd Out" beer. Very friendly service. Highly recommended!”

“I made a reservation for Eddie V's for dinner. When I arrived I was 5 minutes late our table was not ready so we waited for a couple of minutes. I don't understand the purpose of a reservation if you still have to wait, anyways when they finally seated us the floor was a mess with crayons and papers on the floor, nobody could have overlooked that crap it was very obvious. Decided to go to the other side and sit down but again the chair is a mess with crayons and paper. Again because it's a birthday dinner we stayed and got seated elsewhere. Our server Daniel is the reason for the amount of stars given. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and had a very welcoming demeanor which I really appreciated after that first impression of this restaurant. The food was hot and delicious. “😍My very first time here. I was served by Jason, food captain. I guess I was spoiled by his hospitality because I tell you, WHEN I return, if I not being served by him, I'm not going. Every now and again you come across a server who truly enjoys making people fell comfortable, that's Jason, in a nutshell. The food was extraordinary, complimented by spectacular recommendations and hospitality!!!!”

“This was our first time at The Downtown, but it won't be our last.

The restaurant was clean and well laid out and decorated for Christmas. We were greeted immediately and seated quickly.

Our server, Bryce, was great. Attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Our drinks came quickly. My wife's cranberry margarita was especially delightful.

The food was excellent. It came timely, but not in a rush. We got the tots appetizer, which was really tasty - the beer cheese in particular. My wife got the French dip, with real roast beef, not just cold cuts. I got the Kinda Healthy salad (with a cheeseburger on top!), which was really great.

Overall this is a fantastic neighborhood restaurant. There were people at the bar watching the game and families with kids in the dining area, making for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
