I don’t usually write reviews for franchises—it’s just not my thing. I go out of my way to support locally owned and operated businesses.
But everything I typically dislike about franchises is the opposite here. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, the sandwiches are outstanding, and the orders are always correct. I’m not sure if that’s standard for Jersey Mike’s, but the Trexlertown location is top-notch.
Message about large catering orders.
If you intend on tipping the delivery driver please do it in cash. The Jersey Mike’s in Allentown,Pa(Hamilton blvd) keeps the tips/doesn’t pass tips along to the doordash drivers they use to bring you your catering order.
I’m from NJ and I love the Lehigh Vally, however nobody can get the cheesesteak right. They always put sauce on it-which is a pizza steak, not a cheesesteak.
Well, needless to say I ordered a cheesesteak and guess what?! It was a cheesesteak.
