“My man & I were visiting over the weekend & had dinner here Sat evening. Robert was our waiter & he was great! He was attentive & had a great personality. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer. He ordered a bacon burger & I ordered the Chicken Caesar BLT. We enjoyed the food & atmosphere so much we returned on Sunday for lunch prior to heading back home. We sat at the bar & Jevelin was the bartender. She was friendly & welcoming. My man ordered the jalapeño poppers & I ordered the crab-cake sliders for appetizers. He ordered the cheese steak & I ordered the Cali chicken sandwich for our meal.Quality food cooked well! We will definitely eat here again whenever we are in the area again!“
“Snuzzles is such a great place. CASH ONLY (With an ATM on premises) and always packed for dinners! Large portions of delicious food of which most are made in house. I especially love the Mario's Wicked Pizza with their own wing sauce and you truly can't go wrong with their cheese steaks.If you looking for some fantastic food look no further. Though be aware dinner service is usually packed and it's a first come first serve seating without reservations.If you made me list a con for Snuzzles is that when it's busy it can take some time for your food to made as it is made to order.Vegetarian options: I love the food here and there are a few vegetarian options. Like the non-meat pizzas and Stromboli's, there are cheese/veggie hoagies that are all tasty.Parking: Unpaved, gravel parking lot. Usually packed full of cars.Kid-friendliness: Always happy and friendly to my child. They have always had crayons and papers available to help entertain little ones. However, no "kids" menu though there are options like the "Sherolly"(essentially a pizza in a hoagie roll) that are very good for kids.“
“This is my go to place if I want a nice burger with fries that will fill me for the night! The bills favorite burger is my favorite you can't go wrong! And honestly all of the appetizers are great tasting and portioned for the price! And the staff is always friendly! Been going here for years and will continue to!“
“Went there for the first time on Friday night. We knew they didn't take reservations and were prepared to wait. We put our names in and were told it would be about 15 minutes which was fine. We were super excited as the restaurant looked really nice inside and we had heard the "ghost stories" so we were looking forward to the whole experience. Sadly the waitress came up and told us she was going to seat us in "the other dining room" which is just an extra room they use for small events and such. NOT the same ambiance as the main room for sure. Plus if you need to use the restroom you have to walk outside and back into the main room which is inconvenient. She should have asked if we were ok not being seated in the main dining area as we would have gladly waited a bit longer for that to happen. Our waitress was delightful and our drinks were very good. Food came out too quick after our appetizers....we literally had just started eating them when our food was there. Waitress did apologize so it was nice she realize that was a negative. Food was 8/10....would certainly come back and try other things!“
“We're local but haven't been here since it was the old hotel. The renovation inside is really well done. Exposed stone walls and hardwood floors. Music was good and they have a decent sound system. They have a small dining area in the back if you want it quieter.Everything you see in the pics was great except the fries which were underdone and nothing special. 75 bucks for all this plus a few more drinks. Prices were spot on. We'd come back.“
“After driving by this place for years, we finally went for a special fundraiser event. Even though there was a line to get in, it didn't take long to get seated. Then even though it was super busy, it didn't take long to get our order taken and served. We will definitely be back.“
“Good food. But....it's a bar in Northampton. Just ordered the Cuban sandwich.price went up to $11 dollars and it no longer includes fries. Really? Bartenders inattentive and rude. Been going here for 10years. Never again will they see a dime of my money.Update. Much improved service and food quality consistency. Changed rating.“
“I found this place 10 years ago while on a search for "local good food" and I have not gone a week without visiting since. Great food, great atmosphere and great people. Highly recommended. BTW, the French Onion Soup is amoung the best I've had, if not the best.“
