Visited this Wendy location Saturday 21st in the afternoon - Place as always was very clean, Bathrooms well kept. Tables and floors clean. Had a wonderful experience . But I will mention this. I did need to speak to the manager that afternoon regarding a rather unpleasant cashier. The service and food - 100% perfect. Zero issues, super fast and polite employees. I have zero complaints about the employees. My complaint is about the floors and the bathrooms and I put that entirely on corporate/higher level managers.

So, 1) the floors: it’s raining. That rubber mat that is fully rubber is a slipping hazard by itself. I slipped ON it. It has no grippies. And there was just that ONE mat that I saw, and only in between the two doors coming...

Ordered for pickup here using the app. On the app, extremely complicated to navigate through and was generally a waste of time. Spicy chicken sandwich which we ordered was not nearly as tasty and quite a bit smaller than it used to be. I guess this is the new Wendy's. We won't be ordering from here in the future.
