Staff here were quick to welcome and serve you here. This location with it's great staff is most definitely the better of the the two I've been to in less than a day. Went to west tilghman st. and was treated like crap and left due to their ignorance. Thanks to this location I was able to enjoy my meal and relax for the 30min I was there. Hamilton Blvd., thx to you and your staff for giving me a chance to relax and calm. Hats off to you

Visited this Wendy location Saturday 21st in the afternoon - Place as always was very clean, Bathrooms well kept. Tables and floors clean. Had a wonderful experience . But I will mention this. I did need to speak to the manager that afternoon regarding a rather unpleasant cashier. The Manager was incredibly professional , polite and apologetic, I could tell he expects more from his employees. The situation was a cashier , an older woman who was not very polite. The service and food - 100% perfect. Zero issues, super fast and polite employees. I have zero complaints about the employees. My complaint is about the floors and the bathrooms and I put that entirely on corporate/higher level managers.

So, 1) the floors: it’s raining. That rubber mat that is fully rubber is a slipping hazard by itself. I slipped ON it. It has no grippies. And there was just that ONE mat that I saw, and only in between the two doors coming...
