“This place is absolutely a must-do. Great atmosphere, decorated so quaintly. Not a bad seat in the house. They have a full bar so you can have drinks with your breakfast or lunch. Food is delicious. Desserts are so yummy...but take warning, if you want dessert with your meal, order it it first! You'll be too full after eating to even think of ordering dessert. Very generous servings and menu. They deserve ALL the praise.“

“This has always been our go to for Chinese food. Tonight they just proved even more why they are. The food is so hot and fresh when I get it. It has always tasted good to me and they have always gotten our orders correct each time. I highly recommend them the next time you want chinese. You will always have the same woman answer the phone, I have never heard anyone else. “New Fern was excellent. The fried haddock was perfect. My wife had the seafood broil. Their Mac and cheese side is creamy, cheesy, deliciousness. Everything was outstanding. We were accepted on a Friday night without a reservation, but I do not recommend that on weekends. Call ahead to reserve a table. They filled up quickly after we were seated, and I overheard others without reservations being turned away, politely. I am so grateful they fit us in on such a busy night. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their offerings. We will be going back soon to try some other entries that sounded great. We did not have dessert but saw a bunch go by us. Omg! The slices of cake are huge, and I could smell the lovely aroma as they went by. I think one was an espresso cake. Man, did it smell good! This was unexpected for Muncy PA. This small town really has some good places to eat. New Fern is now in my top 2 in town.“

“This is a little gem disguised as a hole in the wall in the middle of small town USA. On a recent trip through PA my husband & I stopped for a late dinner & we’re pleasantly surprised by the quality & value of the food. Also happy to find plenty of vegan & vegetarian options. I highly recommend the sweet potato & avocado/cucumber sushi in particular. Staff was very kind as well, willing to seat us even though it was very close to closing.“
