Food was amazing! Close to Elk Mountain so we went after skiing. Bartender (who was our waitress) was so genuinely nice and happy! Chicken parm was perfect and the loaded baked photo was sooo yummy! Can’t wait to go back.

Restaurants are a dime a dozen with varied grades in food quality and it's rare to find a place that also excels in hospitality, especially in more rural areas. The Beacon however is an outstanding exception and a gem - this is due to caring employees like Bonnie, she was our server that evening. From menu suggestions to knowledge about ingredients - every question was answered and all requests and mods accommodated.The restaurant atmosphere is homely and the food was delicious...
