Arby’s literally stole $35 dollars from me and won’t give it back. I ordered on the app because my family was sick and there was an error when paying so I tried again and it processed my payment 4 times or $35 so total I was charged $140. I called the store and they said they would only make 1 order and they can’t refund the other 3 charges I have to call customer service. The 1st time I called I got 2 refunds but not the third.
