However, the barista's attention is often focused on the drive-thru, causing counter customers to wait about 20 minutes for light snacks and coffee. The store has an open warehouse vibe that feels uncomfortable, like a box waiting to be shelved, with overpriced drinks. Another customer at the Uniontown drive-thru ordered a small mocha Frappuccino but was handed a small cappuccino. The worker was curt and almost rude, making it sound like the customer's fault, and the drink was only half a cup for almost $5.
