“Not a big coffee drinker but my daughter loves DD so we stopped, I had no idea what to get but the lady that waited on us was amazing and went above and beyond what she had to especially for coffee. She took time asked alot of questions and nailed a drink for me. It was so nice not to feel rushed like most establishments like that. If this review gets back to Dunkin on morgantown st uniontown Lizzie is the one who took care of us and she deserves more than I guarantee she is getting!“

The employees are always so kind and pleasant, even when they’re slammed with customers. “I prefer to go to this location because my order is pretty much always correct. However, this past Saturday, that wasn’t the case. I don’t live close, so I wasn’t going to drive another hour, round trip, to take it back. I called today, and spoke with Wendy, and she took care of everything. She replaced my meal and was incredibly kind about the whole situation. Sometimes mistakes are made, although rare at this one, but it’s how you fix the mistake that matters to me. I think they handled it perfectly. Thank you Wendy and your team for the great customer service.“
