I went tonight to get the family 16 piece meal. As expensive as it is you’d think could get it right! It says four sides I wanted two mac and cheese and two mashed potatoes. they only gave me one Mac and cheese, the biscuits weren’t even fully cooked, and the sides I did get weren’t even full nor even half way full. Waited for the chicken and when it came out of the fryer there wasn’t enough to fill my order had to wait for the next batch and everyone was blaming someone else and nobody was getting it done piss poor service and it is a terrible way to do business. Wouldn’t give me the management they sent someone out to talk to me and offered me some free mashed potatoes lol 1 hour to get chicken pitiful
