I got food there an I called cause they messed my food up an all she said was hold plz an then hung up on me once I stated that all my tutor tots was like someone literally dumped a box of salt on them if you don't like your job that's fine don't take it out on my hard working dollars when I come where you work at to order my food an then take your phone on the hook so it's busy really cute an sad

Placed an order on the Sonic app. When I arrived at the store, it was closed. Order was placed at 6:00 PM during their normal business hours.

I have given them MULTIPLE chances to get it together. Every single time, my order is wrong. Asked for sweet tea, got unsweet. Asked for marinara for my cheese sticks. Didn’t get it. Asked for a chicken sandwich and got two chicken tenders on a bun. WTF. Such a disgrace. Absolutely shameful.
