“My friends and I love this place. Very good ambiance and wine is great, too. I do wish they had a larger variety of red wine. The prices for the reds are a little too steep. If I was their management I would either lower the prices on the reds or add another one or two good reds with a lower price sticker. As someone who goes to wineries and enjoys wine, I know that 44 and 46 dollars for a bottle of wine, even if at a winery, is too steep.”

“Jack's crust is as light and bubbly like french bread, IDK if it's the water but it is truly great pizza. Brandon runs the counter like a boss in Friday night's, literally unshakable. “Wow... What can I say about this place. I'll start with the service, which was exceptional. We had all of our needs catered to. We got great advice on menu items, and we well looked after. Next, I can talk about the restaurant itself, which was clean, sleek, and looked to be recently updated. No complaints on that end. Last, but by no means the least, the food. THE. FOOOOD! It was so yummy and delicious, yummilicious. The portion size was very generous, the food was piping hot and freshly made. The 2nd best part is the price. We are a ton of food, and the bill came out to less than 30 bucks. Yes 30 bucks, in 2025. Finally, as we were leaving, they have us free delicious cannolis, on the house. I'm about an hour away from this place, but if it was any closer I would be a regular.
The 4.9 rating (as of Oct 2025) is somehow not high enough. If you're on the fence about this place, go and find out for yourself! We don't have enough resturants of such great quality around anymore.

“I tried ordering twice from Francos earlier in the beginning of the summer. On both occasions, the order was canceled after an hour, one order from 3pm and another around 7pm. When I came across them advertising in a local group, I brought up my issue and was told by an employee that I must have had a different place. I provided screenshots of my canceled orders and was informed that the restaurant didn't even open fully at that point, so people were allowed to put in orders for a restaurant weeks before they actually opened. When I explained how easy it was to toggle on and off on GrubHub as someone with years of restaurant experience, another employee called me a jerk. After all this, I finally get to see pictures of the pizza, and it looks....well, you look at what they're advertising. Good luck.”
