“What is not to love at Betty's Luncheon. the homey atmosphere like your family member is making you something delicious to eat. Prices are more than fair and the comical fella serving was friendly and down to earth. We stopped by to pass time waiting for jewelry repair to open but will make a special trip now and then to have lunch. Love the old fashion feel. Thank you !“

“The staff are all kind, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely there to make your evening perfect. Chris the hostess was wonderful, as well as the many servers who all willingly supported Gary, the owner, to provide the best service and culinary experience possible for his dinner guests. The menu is one of the best we have seen in the area with many international dishes, some with the labor intensive Indian nuances, and others just with downright phenomenal flavors. Although they have lots of standard fare for the UNadventurous eater, I would suggest you reach past your comfort zone and try some of the appetizers that jump out as potential winners...like the tuna tartare that with just a splash of Japanese Rice wine vinegar would be one of the best I have ever had, as well as the grilled Tandoori shrimp that is marinated in yogurt, ginger, cloves nutmeg, and dried mango; the grilled lamp chops that come with three perfectly grilled meaty garlicky chops that come with mango chutney, and the Haryali chicken Tikka- three huge plump boneless breast of chicken slices that are marinated in mint, yogurt, roasted cloves, green cardamom and star anise, and served with their famous tiger sauce and salsa. We also shared another marinated shredded beef dish special that had three beef croquette-shaped mounds that had such a umami of flavors I can't even replicate it in this review, but we thought it was just great. I would be remiss if I did not mention the creamy, silky crème brûlée that we enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco; a perfect encore to the phenomenal culinary treat we had just experienced with the appetizer medley. Sharing many apps is more fun we think, than committing to one big entree, so we suggest that you dash over to the Pittstown Inn TONIGHT, and tell them Debbie and Gene sent you....ask to meet Gary, the owner, who elegantly floats from table to table, touching each to greet them and to check later on as well to see if everything was to their liking. A true host from days gone by, this owner is the real deal whose passion for the hospitality business emulates from his constant smile from the joy he is getting from making his guests happy. You see that what fuels this man to keep opening his doors from year to year, despite the many hardships and setbacks life has dealt us all over and over, is his love for you, his loyal customer. He is a rare find, so I suggest you go and treat yourself to the real deal in dining. You will not be disappointed, and be sure to ask to meet Gary. He will make your visit complete. Kudos the phenomenal chefs I met as well, for their expertise and genuine ingenuity in designing a menu to please everyone. Can you tell we LOVE this place??????????“

“Their restaurant is good and Store has most of what you might need ; however have stopped hy several times just before closing and they are closed . If they are going to close at 750/755 instead of 8, why not list that as the hours ?“
“As a wedding and event planner I'm always looking for a unique and beautiful venues. Durham Springs checked all my boxes and more! Owners, Dan and Ian, have taken this dated property and transformed it into my absolute go-to for events, especially weddings. The grounds are lovely with ponds, swaying grasses and rolling hills. I absolutely love the flexibility of the ballroom. Beautiful views, flexible lighting, high ceilings, tons of natural light, neutral floors, walls and chairs make decor a joy. You can create any vibe you want in this space with ease. Dan was lovely to work with and exceedingly patient in providing many changes in floorpan due to the never ending Covid issues. He was also genuinely excited for my bride and groom and took joy in seeing their vision come to light. Many other venues are quick to tell you all the things you cannot do. Dan made sure that our requests came to life, and then some! His creativity was much appreciated. The food was delicious and served in a lovely, imaginative manner. William, staff captain, kept the wait staff running efficiently throughout the evening and Melissa, Durham's on-site event coordinator was responsive throughout, taking special care of several specific needs that we had for the day. Needless to say, my bride and groom were thrilled with choosing Durham Springs for their VERY SPECIAL day!“

“Maid of Honor for my best friends wedding at The Farmhouse, and what a fantastic experience. From the day before rehearsal with Gina making us all laugh and calming our nerves, to the bridal attendant and day of staff being so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. The beautiful room and yummy food sealed the deal and being able to get ready on site was a nice bonus!
Thank you to The Farmhouse team for making the day so special for our bride and groom ❤️“

“It's difficult for me to rate Rivals as high as I am because before everything else, Rivals is LOUD. I'm not holding that against then, though, because if you're looking for a loud sports bar in Easton PA, this is most definitely the place to go.Televisions line the walls, I think all but one had sports on, I believe one had a music show. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a sports bar, specialty burgers, specialty fries, pizza, wings, etc. It's not special food, but it's far better than basic. The restrooms were clean, but you can't tell because they haven't been updated since Zenyatta Mondatta was released. The bartender was waiting on us, and she listened to our slightly one-off drink orders and provided them exactly as expected. She was more than patient and polite with us add it was our first time here.Prices are fair... You're at a sports bar and $13 burgers with $1 2 wells and $7 beers are normal now so here we are.The other customers were just there to have a good time. Good people in a good atmosphere. If you want a loud sports bar in Easton, come here
Vegetarian options: I think there was one single vegetarian option on the menu
Dietary restrictions: I don't eat pork, shellfish, or mushrooms and it seems like all of those things are trending right now. I picked some things from the menu and asked if they could be prepared accordingly and they did so without hesitation.
Parking: Parking in Downtown Easton isn't much better than parking in Brooklyn or Uptown Manhattan. 98.236 chance you're going to be walking at least 2 blocks. Just don't fight it, head to the city parking garage and chalk it up to inflation. Your lucky of you find one on the street, but if you do, snatch it up immediately.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring my kids here, but there's nothing X-rated. Nothing even R-rated. It's an adult atmosphere.“
