half of my order was delivered. when I called to ask about it I was told Rudely that yeah half of it is still sitting there and when they find a delivery person to deliver it that's when I'll get it. the food that did arrive is cold and soggy. I can't wait to get the other half of my order I'm sure it'll be very fresh and delicious after just sitting around in their kitchen waiting for a delivery guy. it's not worth the money the food is subpar and the customer service sucks
I pre ordered on line for a 6;00 delivery - order never came until 6;30. Fried ravioli was cold, my BLT was made with what looked like cole slaw and NOT mayo. When I called 6:20 to find out where the delivery was, I was told he’d be there shortly. Second time recently I had a less than satisfactory order. 2 weeks ago, we ordered a pizza which arrived cold. Probably safe to say we won’t be ordering from Pats again.
Well Pat's has lost my family as a customer. Ordered the food this afternoon to be picked up at 5:15pm. Get there on time and we get the run around. After 15mins of being ignored I asked the cashier whats going on and she had a major attitude. Ask for the manager to find out our order was sent out on a delivery and we have to wait for it to come back. 10 mins later it comes back,, and all they did was put the food into a new bag. The clean and well-maintained establishment offers delicious food, with standouts being the Chicken Cheese Steak, Pizza, and Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. The food is consistently excellent and the staff is friendly and incredible, providing old-school customer service. It is a very nice and clean place to eat, with gluten free pizza and gluten free wraps. It's a great place for families and caters well to kids. You get a very sizable portion and the food is delivered in a quick manner.
