Absolutely horrible. I stood at the register for 15 minutes before ever acknowledged. Employees were playing cards in the back, laughing and cussing. The most unprofessional thing I ever witnessed. Only one person cooking and looks overwhelmed, he was actually cooking and handling pick up orders. Because he was the only one, people had to order online, when they came in. Very disappointed!!! Ordered from the store site, not a food delivery service. I got 20 wings and they gave me no sauce and I paid for extra sauce. My fries were very cold and tasteless and got flavored seasoning (lemon pepper) and wings flavors was nothing to scream about and my drink was wrong! Will never order from them again!

Customer service was weak just like these fries Horrible!! When you walk in all of the staff stare as if they don't know why you entered the establishment?! Then I speak and the cashier says " Do you want to order? " I say, "yes Hi" after placing my order the cashier places two cups on the counter for my order's beverages while twirling her locs ( hair ) over top of them?!
