These cookies may not look big but they are very filling and sweet! Great place if you have a sweet tooth. Atmosphere is 3 stars because the floor whenever you walk in is not very cleanly. It looked like it needed scrubbed. It was black in spots in the corners.“

For cookies I had their pecan, chocolate chip, peanut butter cup, and white macadamia nut and they had so many other ones. They were all so soft and flavorful! Only regret is that I didn't get more. “I hardly ever leave reviews, but this one is well deserved! I spoke with someone over the phone that was very kind and held some of their dairy free cupcakes for me for next day pickup. I purchased these for my mom for Mother’s Day since she has a dairy allergy and it is difficult to find dessert for her. The whole family raved about how fresh and delicious these were. We will be back in for their dairy free cupcakes!“

Our family absolutely loves Crumbl! We have some local to us and we always manage to hit any on road trips and such while out and about. How could you not want a cookie the size of a small child’s head?! The photos alone would be worth the purchase!

My daughter had her birthday club coupon to use so we stopped at the one at Robinson. There is a self service check out to place your order. We were having trouble figuring out how to get her free cookie on the self check out, and the worker happily helped us.

As always, walking into the establishment, it was very clean and refreshing. The simplicity just makes it! All of the examples of that week’s cookies were set up on the counter to get a good look at for size and design. The pretty pink color of the boxes would just make anybody’s day. Think gifts with Crumbl!

“We hired Noel at Mami’s Bakes to do cookies for our wedding rehearsal dinner and they were amazing! Everyone thought they were so delicious and had no idea they were vegan and gluten free. The red velvet cookie was totally amazing. We also ordered mini banana bread loaves for our wedding welcome bags and got so many compliments from guests! Noel was so nice to work with and took time for phone calls to make sure everything was perfect. We’ve also done orders just for fun or for holidays which have also all been delicious. Some of us in my family are vegan, some gluten free, and it’s so nice around the holidays to be able to pick up something delicious that everyone can eat. This year we ordered the coffee cake for Christmas morning and it was a huge hit, soo delicious! The cuban coffee cake is also insanely good!“

“First time going to Honey Bee Bakery, and it won't be our last. My son and I went, and we got a dozen donuts and a dozen cookies. We could smell the donuts on the way home. Let's just say Dunkin who lol these were fresh and twice the size of a normal donut. The cookies are also fresh and soft. We will definitely get cookies, donuts, and whatever else they sell.“

Where can you go for a class and take an entire cake home with you. Friends and family benefit from the classes I take. They are always so happy to hear they will benefit from the class. Also their cakes freeze beautifully. I swear you can’t tell the cake was frozen! Please give them a try if you are looking for something fun to do with friends or just yourself!“

They took a custom order in short notice, I was trying to find some place that would make a white cake with key lime filling and a key lime butter cream with graham cracker crumble and all the other places said they do not offer that flavor and they made it no questions asked and it was the best cake I have ever had. The cake was so moist and the key lime filling was so refreshing. Best experience I have trying to get a custom cake.“

The store is immaculate, and one of my favorite things is the double door system at the entrance which deters insects, varmints, and unsanitary conditions that come along with those. “Prantls has historically been my FAVORITE bakery in all of Pittsburgh. But prices have really gone up in recent years (almost doubling for my favorite items), and quality standards have gone down. The last 2 times I visited the North Side location, I received a stale cookie. A stale Prantls cookie is still pretty great, but I used to pay about $2 for a fresh iced cookie, and now it’s at least $4 and stale… 2 visits in a row! I visited on July 8th and saw old Fourth of July cookies with red frosting that had faded into the white frosting. I also ordered an Almond Torte bar (a take down of their famous cake, and something I’ve ordered many times). I mentioned that I get it every year on my anniversary because it’s what we had at our wedding. Today I received a chocolate version of the almond torte. It was quite a surprise when we unboxed it at home! Not what I asked for. I’m still giving them 4 stars because I know inflation sucks, the pandemic was hard on small businesses, and even stale or incorrectly ordered Prantls is still pretty tasty. But if you visit, maybe try out the Shadyside location?“
