Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. “Our large party had a wonderful experience celebrating a college graduation at Monterey Bay. Our group was accommodated at a table with a beautiful view of The Point. The service was exceptional, and we felt very welcome and special. We were not rushed, our graduate was made to feel extra special with complimentary dessert, and unique postcards signed by the table. The staff even offered to take our pictures in front of the amazing view. The food was very good, albeit pricier than what we are accustomed to, but we knew that when we made the reservations. Highly recommend for a special event.“

Elijah was very attentive and always happy to meet my toddlers many requests 😅 Also would like to add that even though they were super busy, it took them less than 10 minutes to get us seated and the food didn’t take long to come out at all. All the food was hot and fresh, even the strawberries were freshly cut. We will definitely be spending many more breakfast and lunch dates here!“

My wife and I have been coming to Maiku for 3 years after finding the good reviews online. We have NEVER been disappointed by Maiku in the dozen or two dozen times we've eaten here. Both dining in and take out, the food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. The owner is the sweetest woman in the world, and the staff always packs up our take-out orders with the care of a family member. I've been recommending Maiku for years, and figured it was time to leave a review as well. Food, pricing, and atmosphere is a 10/10. Hands down the best Pho in the city, and, in our opinion, best in the country. I'm going to miss this place when we move!!!“

“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. I decided to order to-go last night instead of being ignored in the dining room again and they said 40 minutes... “We didn’t have food. Stopped for a drink before a Penguins game. Our bartender Lindsay was top notch. She gave us an education on mixology. We concocted an old fashioned with High West Campfire bourbon and molasses bitters that came out as the best old fashioned I ever had. Always great experience here but Lindsay made it perfect.“

I have never seen a restaurant where every server, food runner and staff worked as a great team!! To be welcomed by several staff, food arrived in great time, hot. and fantastic. Every person passing your table would ask how you are,how is everything and it truly is a group effort to 100% focus on the patrons!! I felt very special and appreciated. we ordered the zucchini strips and shared the large fish sandwich dinner. WOW! Wow! Well over a pound of fresh fish and two sides!! Outstanding just like the service and the staff. Kudos to management and staff, as you could see the great working team and how all patrons were exceptionally taken care of! Lot 71 was great! Everyone stole my sweet potato fries with sweet butter dip, and my jalapeño steak wrap was just the right heat. My son said his burger was great and my wife had leftover Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. We will definitely go back when we visit my son.“
