“Second time eating at this gem, bringing the family along. I had the tikka masala, and family had red curry, chicken quesadilla and Hawaiian stir fry. The flavors were SO delicious and everyone loved their meals. It's great they offer vegetarian protein choices and substitutes. Owners are super friendly. We can't wait to come back again!“

“I don't give 5 stars easily. This place just changed my life. I've driven by here for months and now I wish I stopped sooner. I orders the Italian grinder with Mayo and a cream cheese cinnamon roll. First thing it was $10, yes $10. You can't get McDonald's for that price l. The sandwich was just amazing. Packed with meat and flavor, and not for nothing they put the mayo on the sandwich which is exactly how it should be. The bread was soft, the meat salty and flavorful, and it was huge. Next the cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing. It had a crunchy bottom packed with cinnamon. It wasn't very sweet just how I like it. It was absolutely one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. They have a full bakery and I will be back to try the pie. The staff was very friendly. This place was busy and my to go order had to be ordered an hour in advance. Do your self a favor and stop in here to get something to eat or shop their grocery store. Not only do they deserve your money but you're doing yourself a disservice not getting something to eat. Worth every second of my time and every penny I spent.“

“Been driving past this hidden gem for a while and finally took the time to stop, and boy am I happy I did. The gentleman that owns the restaurant is so kind and you can tell he takes pride in his food and has a lot of knowledge on what he serves! Very authentic cuisine. I've been taking friends here now and everyone of them says the Pho is 12/10. We will back again and again!“

“this place! Omg what an absolute hidden gem! This place is absolutely worth checking out, especially for a special occasion out. The atmosphere is cozy, and fancy without being overwhelming. I love that this is an old schoolhouse, you can really feel that old location feeling when you walk in. I will say we were slightly overwhelmed by the fancy menu, but our server Russell made it easy to understand, and gave his recommendations as well(Russell was an awesome server!). We ordered the giant meatball to start, this can easily be shared between 2-4 people. The meatball was so moist, the perfect amount of cheese, and that marinara sauce is so bright and wonderful! The rustic bread and holy oil are awesome, it definitely sets the mood for the meal. For our salads we ordered one of each, I personally had the Cesar salad because the other salad had ingredients I can't have, so I skipped it. The Cesar salad is that light yet flavorful dressing that I crave, it's simple in presentation, but it's just a solid choice if you're someone who doesn't like a lot going on in your salad. The casa salad is perfect for those that love a mix of flavors and textures, definitely a hearty mixture. For our pasta choice we hands down had to have the highly recommended CACIO E PEPE , not only is it fun to watch them prepare it table side, it's so delicious! It gives you that Alfredo taste without the heaviness, they will also bring out a house made chilli oil to compliment the pasta (start slow with it) For our main dishes we both went with chicken. Neither of us could decide on just one, so we picked two and decided to share lol. We chose marsala, and parmigiana. The marsala is just beautiful, it's hearty with the perfectly cooked mix of mushrooms that offer different textures, the chicken was generous, juicy and cooked to perfection. The sauce, omg the sauce! Sweet, earthy and followed by the wine flavor, it's the best I've ever had. Other places taste like a mushroom gravy in comparison lol. The parmigiana was just everything it should be, the lightly breaded chicken, juicy, and covered in that bright marinara sauce that I am still thinking about two days later lol. It was perfection even the next day! Even though both of us were absolutely bursting at this point and had plenty of leftovers, we couldn't pass up sharing a dessert. The raspberry tiramisu is an absolute must try! It's not traditional (no espresso) but they use vodka, candied almond slices , and it's just amazing. I would recommend asking for a bit more raspberry sauce because it's just that good! *Notes* get there early, definitely make reservations, and don't be afraid to ask questions. They do offer free vallet parking (the lot fills FAST) but we got there right when they opened at 4 so we didn't use them. This isn't a place for young children, I'd say teenager+ would be best for this establishment. This is a business casual place, but they're not strict with the requirements just use your best judgement when picking out an outfit. Enjoy the experience, and expect to be there about 1.5 hours or so.“

“First time here, I got the Veggie Pizza without cheese and my Sig Other got the pepperoni pizza. We both loved our orders and will be back. This Bistro/Pub is truly a hidden gem tucked away in a little strip mall. Highly recommend!“

“The food is amazing. So many flavors. If you don't know what to get then try the Aladdin's combo. The meat is really tender. The service is great. The people are so nice here and they are always smiling. There is light guitar music playing in the background. If you have a sweet tooth then they have you covered there too. There is an entire dessert cooler near the cash register. It's great for lunch or dinner“

“The food here was fantastic. We came for my boyfriends birthday dinner while in town. The wait staff was so friendly. Chef Lamar was amazing! We had the steak specials. His food was incredible and he was very attentive, constantly checking in. I come from a local bar background so finding one so far from where we live that felt like home was the icing on the cake! (Pun intended) 5 stars all around and we will definitely come back for a visit the next time we’re in town!“

“This is the best place for super-fresh salads! The plum tomatoes are like a little bit of summer. I don't usually eat the tomatoes on salads because they're usually either tasteless or downright nasty. Gali's somehow finds good-tasting tomatoes even during the winter. Everything is fresh and crunchy and their salad dressing is very good.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are a bit heavy, but you can get in with a wheelchair.“

“I have had the good fortune to be a customer of Fioris for over 40 years! My ex husband worked at the Brookline location when he was a teenager and Fiori and Pepino were family friends. I have lived in several places and have tried hundreds of pizza shops in my lifetime and I can honestly say that nothing beats Fioris, not even Via Napoli at Walt Disney World! My personal recommendations are pepperoni pizza (they put the pepperoni under the cheese) and a meatball sub "my way" which simply means extra sauce and extra cheese. Thank you Fiori for coming to Pittsburgh from your beautiful country and gracing us with both your exceptional food and engaging personality...I fixa you up! ;)“

“This is a take-out location (barring a few bar stool type seats along the window) with excellent Italian food, and since they are take out only, they know exactly how to pack your food for the trip home! They have other locations as a full restaurant with seating, but this location was designed and built for take out, so they do that well. Everything is consistently the same on each visit and it's all great tasting and very good!“

“Was looking for a new place to try and have heard great things. Called and spoke with Leah, explained that it was my first time and wanted to know what she recommended. Gave me recommendations. Decided to order the meatball hoagies and the pizza bread, both were great. I wish the meatballs had extra sauce, but I'll order extra next time.“

“Nice local restaurant with large menu. Usually crowded. Food is good and servings large. Service is not fast but not slow. Ribs were very tender, fall off the bone. Chicken well seasoned. Both served with a very nice garden salad and bread. Prices are a few dollars higher than most family restaurants.“

“(FYI -Review is of Portman's Farm Market.)Great local deli, market and bakery. The deli sandwiches are very good. Also, the lunch sandwiches from the Bakery area are excellent! I have had both the turkey and the chicken panini sandwich. Both were daily specials and both were super good! I would totally recommend Portman's for a quick lunch! The quality of the prepared food has been 5 stars! The grocery store section is small but nice. Most basic needs are available and you are in and out quickly. A nice quaint home town country store vibe. Definitely recommend! Once you know what they offer it deserves to be on the places to do business with radar. ??“

“The best pizza I ever had!!!“
“I had a nice evening at Insurrection AleWorks with my family. This place is almost hidden from the main road, and parking is down the road behind the restaurant. The ambiance is dark and a bit underwhelming -- we sat on the patio area that is enclosed with a big plastic tent. However, the food was really delicious. The menu is quite small, just a few pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and wings, but we were all happy with what we ordered. The double-burger was particularly delicious and complimented with chips & salsa on the side. The beer menu just featured four house-made brews, and a few local options on tap and in cans, as well. Overall, the service was pretty good and the experience was nice.“

“Easily one of the top breweries in the area. Not only are their beers unique and tasty, but they generally have something that will please everyone. Some of the best beers I've had have come from Hitchhiker and while their cans are good in a pinch, their on tap beers are well worth the trip.My only knock is they need to expand somewhere else with more seating and do a food menu of their own rather than relying on food trucks which can be hit or miss (can't remove a star for that since it's clear this is only a taproom) .The staff is great and attentive and let you try something so you don't get a glass of something you will hate.Getting seating here sometimes can be problematic in the winter months; but their stuff is top shelf and worth it.One of my top 5 breweries in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.“

“The pad thainoodle with shrimi was pretty good. I like that you can customize the heat level and I like it at a 4. However the meatball pho, the meatballs were a little dense and the broth didn't have that depth of flavor, it was missing roasted ginger, onion and star anise and a few dashes of fish sauce. But it was a good size bowl of noodles. I will most definitely go back to order the papaya salad and try their Tom yum soup or fried rices. The owner seemed very nice.“

“I have nothing but good things to say about the Riverhouse. They helped us greatly when it came time to plan a luncheon for after a funeral. They opened up for us and could not have been any nicer. The staff especially Marley and one of the owners Jimmy really helped us out. We ate there a total of 3 times including the luncheon that week and everything was perfect everytime. They really made a stressful time in your life alot easier.“

“Amel's is top of the line Mediterranean cuisine and my favorite go-to for baba gannouj. They have an extensive menu (including American fare) and always have several dinner specials. My favorites: stuffed eggplant, mazze platter, tabbulee, grape leaves and lamb shish kabob. The beet salad is excellent. Their seafood specials are always fresh and delicious! The swordfish kabob is outstanding if it's on special. Entrees include a stellar Amel's salad and warm pita bread. There's a separate bar with patio seating and a small bar in the dining room. Embellishing a great dinner is a warm and colorful ambiance of many hanging lamps, and the romantic mural on the wall will captivate your imagination! I've enjoyed dining here for years, and it offers good service and a moderately priced menu. Amel's is one of the few restaurants where you can enjoy a late dinner or small plates and cocktails. They are open until 11 pm Monday through Saturday. If you are looking for a big hit for a party try the mazza platter. I thoughtful friend added it to my birthday party menu. It contains, the dips, taboulee, artichoke hearts, stuffed grape leaves and pita. It can also be also vegan friendly and gluten-free, and everyone loved it!“
