Went here for my birthday dinner w/ mom. 2nd time here. Plantain empanadas were 1 of the best things I’ve ever eaten hands down. Super fresh food. Generous portions. Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Overall top notch experience. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Mom lived in El Paso so she’s picky about her Mexican food. Everything was flawless from the hostess to the server to the food. #totopo. #mexicanfoodpgh. I will absolutely be back.
