“I like Love Boat because it's like the one in Thailand. As for Sukhothai, this is actually similar to Tom Yum soup. It's hard to find shops that use thin noodles, so it's considered very good that we have them here. I really want to have khanom cup like at a boat noodle shop. Please correct the name of Pad Soy Sauce. Why did you set up soy sauce? make foreigners misunderstand“

“Popped in for the 1st time solo on a Friday night without a reservation and there was a wait for seating at the bar. I am very glad I waited. Got a rye old fashioned and after about 15 minutes I was escorted to the bar. Started with the spicy green papaya salad which, thanks to the recommendation of the bartender paired beautifully with a glass of Riesling. It was one of the best salads I have ever had. Then the bartender recommended the beef cheeks which was sublime and so very tender. Finished up with some earl grey and the creme brulee. Completely satisfied and can not wait to bring the wifey.“

“Ok let me start off by saying we've been coming here for years. Every few months I try something new. Their food is amazing. I recently got the Chiang Mai Noodles and it was phenomenal. It had the best flavor and might be my favorite dish thus far. I will warn it has slight kick to it, but not overpowering. It was a perfectly made dish. Also we always get the Thai spring rolls and those are amazing especially with the sauce they give. If you like clean, authentic Thai food, this is the place to try!“

“Absolutely the Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. The food was amazing. Huge portions and the service was great. The only thing off was the place is set up like it’s Covid still and the seating was all blocked off. Two stars taken away for that on atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and asked twice to make sure I ordered the right thing. Definitely recommend.“

“I had a really good experience here and would recommend to others. The service when I visited was particularly noteworthy. Despite being incredibly busy with just one waitress, she was incredible! She was remarkably efficient and seemed to have attended all tables with no problems. My table had no issues with our orders and was able to frequently check-in with us, along with putting a matchbook under our table when we didn't even mention it to her. As for the food, it was exceptional. I tried the duck noodles, a rare find from my experience with Thai restaurants, and it did not disappoint. The portion size was generous enough for me to take almost half of it home. I chose a spice level of 7, and it really had quite a kick. It left me visibly sweating which was actually quite funny for everyone at my table. I think the food and service really delivered here. I would return here should I be given the chance.“

“This place is awesome. Always go spicy level 10 and comment the spicier the better. Their street noodles were hands down the spiciest thing I've ever had. Absolutely recommend for some rea Thai that isn't as Americanized as most other places.“

“The staff was so kind and the food was fresh. The lunch special reasonably priced and I suggest getting the bento box of any of the lunch specials. They come with a spring roll and crab ragoon. Everything is made in house which adds a great touch.“

“I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now, and it quickly became my favorite restaurant from the first meal! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Penny, the owner and main face you see here, is truly a godsend. She is so so sweet, always sure to accommodate for dietary preferences, always so joyful, and now remembers our entire families order before we say a word ! Now for the food, truly the best food I’ve ever had in my life. We visit Thai places in every city we visit and other Thai places in Pittsburgh, NOTHING compares to Pennys Thai !! The curries & soups are so rich, the fried rice and noodles dishes are cooked to perfection, and the Thai tea with coconut milk is phenomenal. Don’t skip on the mango sticky rice for dessert! Our whole family goes for every birthday, holiday, and celebration now and she knows us as the “vegans from Ohio”Thanks for the meals & memories Penny !Vegetarian options: Little Bangkoks menu is so diverse, and most of the dishes can be modified to be made vegan/vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: My family is vegan and we are always accommodated, there are sooo many menu modifications that can make most meals vegan !Kid-friendliness: The staff has never turned their head up at my two little boys at dinner, even when they have been not so quiet.“

“We were sat at table A2 which was right by the big windows in the corner and it was lovely to be watching people walk by while eating Thai but of course if you don’t like people looking at you they do have tables away from the window. In terms of size it’s a smaller restaurant and reservations are highly recommended, we didn’t have one and got very lucky to get the table we had.In regards to the food it was excellent and nicely presented. I had the crab curry and very much enjoyed it. I have been to nearly every Thai restaurant in Pittsburgh and this place, along with one other, are the only places that offer this. The dumplings were very packed with meat and were more like Thai meatballs which is how my wife and I like them. The crab Rangoon was the absolute best I have had in Pittsburgh. The outside had an amazing crunch to it that quickly faded when consumed so it wasn’t sharp once in your mouth and the filling was amazing. The entire ambiance of the place was incredible and it was very clean as well. This place is now in my top 3 of Thai restaurants in Pittsburgh and I will definitely be coming back again.“

“Really nice place. Very cosy with a nice atmosphere and good service. Menu options were good and reasonably priced with generous portions. I have had duck at other asian restaurants and it sometimes comes out rather tough and chewy. But I had the duck birds nest here and it was alot more smooth and tender. I would highly recommend comming here.“

“First impression was how amazing it smelled when we walked in, the food was ready even though we were a few minutes early. We had the lobster rangoon, chicken pad see-ew and chicken pineapple fried rice with a Thai milk tea. Everything was delicious spicy and so flavorful, the sauce for the rangoon was amazing and the milk tea is my daughter's new favorite! We live within walking distance and most definitely will be returning regularly but I assure you it's worth the drive!“

“Love it here! I've been ordering here for so long that when I call in and order pad thai with "cucumber sauce" they know it's me lol. Apparently I'm the only one that mixes these two things together lol. The staff are so kind and I'm glad they reopened their diving room so that customers can eat in again. It's warm and inviting.“

“Me and my girlfriend come here all the time and for good reason. Everything about this place rocks. I’ve been to nearly every sushi place in the gibsonia, cranberry, wexford, even Pittsburgh areas; and I can say that, without a doubt, K Asian Bistro has the best sushi HANDS DOWN. Everytime we visit, we’re greeted by just the sweetest and kindest workers ever. We’ve go there about once over month and a half or so, even then, the workers still recognize us and take good care of us. They’re really awesome people. One of my favorite parts about the place is that it plays nice, chill, quiet, and calm classical or piano music. No Tswift or drake is gonna distract me from the amazing meal im boutta have. and the meal itself? Omfg. Those sushi chefs each deserve their own Michelin star for the rolls they’re whipping up. Highly recommend any roll, my favorite is the St. Patrick’s roll, I’m thinking about it as I type this, and I probably will again tomorrow, and the next day, until I get my fix. ok the topic of the food, you’re never waiting too long for it, but not short enough that your glorious time there is cut short. Wanna know why? It’s because (if I had to guess) those chefs are pouring their entire heart and souls into your meal. I’m genuinely disappointed this place doesn’t have whatever the max amount of Michelins stars is, and that I can’t give this place a score higher than 5 stars. If K Asian Bistro were to shut down, I would never go to a restaurant ever again. Asian Bistro is definitely one of if not the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. I hope they never close. Everything about this place is perfect. EVERY. SINGLE. THING. You’re doing a disservice yourself not going here. Anyways, thank you K Asian Bistro, for being the best restaurant in the world, and the best one I’ve ever ate at.Vegetarian options: Why the hell would you want to stop yourself from trying their amazing food. There’s vegetarian and vegan options but you gotta be one lame mf to miss out on their food (unless it’s religious reasons ofc then I understand)Dietary restrictions: They accommodate I bet. If they don’t, then sucks for youParking: Massive parking lot. You will have zere trouble whatsoever finding a spitWheelchair accessibility: Not a single step in the place. Plus seats for a wheelchair to slide into“

“This review is so long overdue bc all my friends and family know how I feel abt Thai & Noodle Outlet. I don’t write reviews often but I have to rave about this place.Thai & Noodle Outlet is my favorite Thai place ever after having lived in Pittsburgh for 6+ years. It is one of the things I miss most about living in Pittsburgh, and make a point to come back every time I’m revisiting the city. I would give it 10 stars if I could.Every single menu item I’ve had is 10/10. I’ve been there so many times and tried so many things that the staff (which are all delightful) have started to recognize me bc I am rly that obsessed with this place.I wish I had more pictures but some of my favorites are the Tom yum / Tom kha soups, Basil entree, Sukothai noodle soup, red and green curry noodle soups, pineapple / outlet fried rice, pad see ew, and Ba Mee.Their food heals my soul. Thai & Noodle Outlet is love. Thai & Noodle Outlet is life. I simply cannot imagine a world without Thai & Noodle Outlet. Please don’t ever change.“

“BEST KEPT SECRET IN BLOOMFIELD ... Do you want REAL THAI in the city of Pittsburgh, PA? You are lucky to find this little gem. It's behind Children Hospital. Look for the little sign.Mom, Aunt, Son, and family cooks. The best THAI food you've had???“
“Budget friendly Chinese! Prices look deceivingly high but when you compare to Jade Garden, you are saving $4 an entree. We ordered Kung Pao chicken, vegetable lo mein and it came with fried rice. Our menu said our entree was spicy but I didn’t feel the heat, next time I may ask if they can make it spicier. The portions were huge and this yielded us about 4-5 meals total ($6 a plate). Definitely adding them to our weekly menu because it’s cheaper to order here than buy groceries ? excited to try the full menu!“

“I think what sets this restaurant apart from the other Thai restaurants is that they serve brunch, and the food is a little more "home style" than the other Thai restaurants in Pittsburgh. The restaurant is a little less curry-forward than the others. That means they have a bunch of stir fry options that are quite good. They have plenty protein and veggie-balanced options that the others don't have. The biggest standout on the menu is their milo drink. Milo is a popular Southeast Asian chocolate drink that the kids will drink to fulfill nutrient requirements, but it tastes good (unlike Ovaltine). Tooktook uses the powder and makes a giant drink in-house. The drink brings many positive childhood memories.Parking: Parallel parking“

“Had wanted to try this place out for a long time and boy oh boy am I glad I finally stopped in! My husband and I shared some apps, the fried calamari was some of the freshest calamari I had ever had. The ginger tea was so warm and spicy and a little sweet, a perfect accompaniment to my food. He had the pineapple fried rice with crab and it was delicious and fresh, and I had the tamarind crispy duck and it was everything I wanted out of it. This isn’t one of those Thai places that holds back on the spice so be mindful when you order, I went with a 6 but will probably go for a 5 next time, my husband did a ten and will probably do a Thai ten next time! Can’t wait to come back! It wasn’t busy when we went and the lady working the counter was very friendly and helpful!“

“You can tell that the man that runs this place puts his whole heart into it. The chef specials especially the Thai samosas are extraordinary. The drunk noodles are phenomenal and they’re not afraid to give you some good spice if you ask for it. Easily the best Thai food in the city!“

“This is such a great place! So to start it is very, very small. There is only a couple tables, but from getting one of the tables, it looks like a thriving takeout place. The ambience is nice with plants and coziness that makes you feel like you are in someone's kitchen. Service was absolutely fantastic. The lady who helped us was warm, friendly, and kind. We both got noodle dishes and loved them. The spice level is fairly mild, so I might ask for medium next time. The only draw back is size.“
