“I've lived several places and you always need that local hole in the wall Chinese take out place. After trying a few after moving to Jim Thorpe, China Ming is not only the best in the area but one of the best I've ever had. The menu is standard but the food quality is just exceptional. I don't know what they do differently, slightly different recipes or fresher ingredients but it's far and above other places. It's become a regular go to on nights no one feels like cooking.

Vegetarian options: The tofu that comes with the General Tso's tofu is something very special!! It's amazing.“

Perfectly done 🤗 Some people mentioned light sauce - it's better this way. Heavy sauce is gross. This is a clean place in a convenient location with nice people. 👍🏻“
