“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“We ordered fahead from Nifty Fifties for a department meeting. We gave a time for pick up. The order was ready, everything was perfect. The milkshakes were cold and a big hit with everyone. I previously had a lunch there and the food was fresh and tasty. I recommended Nifty Fifty's so I am glad it was a good enjoyable choice for all.“

“Just had a hot pork and cheese sandwich and their spicy fries. Both were really good. Loved that the fries were super hot. Friendly service. Even carry Pepsi products. Great value for the money.

“Myself and three friends had come in to eat dinner and decided to sit at the bar. It was a very busy Saturday evening and yet we loved our meal [as always] but it seemed extra special this time because we had a terrific server named Allison who told us she was new there. You would never have guessed that by the way she handled herself. We were served our meal just as we requested and our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. She made our experience better then we ever had before. We then came back the next week and we were told she was gone. She told us she loved working at your restaurant and to be honest she made our night the best time we ever had there. We are going to find out where she is now. Do you know? She is the type of bar server that we would follow. I can not imagine why she would leave a place that she was so happy at. We also heard a few other patrons mention her name and had specifically come into Tony's just because she worked there and leave because she was not there. Big loss to your establishment! “A lowkey spot but great food and very clean. We so happened to stumble upon it and we were genuinely pleased from the 1st bite. We over heard someone picking up take out say that it was the best sushi he’s had and it was true. The price was great too. One plate of fried rice was enough to satisfy 2 people and then had about 18 pieces of sushi in total. Once finished, it didn’t make you feel sluggish and gross after eating. Great to see an owner who truly cares about their craft and customers. We’ll be back!“

“First time trying crumbl and this location was close by so we stopped in. I didn’t like it was only a few selections to choose from saying though we wanted to give our honest review. They were nice and warm I can say and great presentation. I just wish I could have tried more flavors. The churro was my favorite by far and the cookies an cream cheesecake not so much. I will return soon to try any new flavors.“

“Their pizza is delicious, always get a white pie with spinach and mushrooms. Unfortunately their sandwiches are not as consistent. Just ordered three Panini sandwiches. Two veggies and one bruschetta. The bruschetta was as ordered and very good. We only received one veggie Panini and got some other grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato?? Also the veggie Panini on their menu and online says grilled eggplant, instead it was two large fried pieces of eggplant on each half. Very generous sandwich but couldn’t eat most of it because of the fried eggplant.😫“

“I met Marcello and Kiley the week before and New Hope and they invited us to come and have dinner this weekend. We went on Friday and had the back room basically to ourselves there was 10 of us. The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. I highly recommend the Sunday sauce unlike any spaghetti dinner I’ve ever had in my life, including my trips to Italy.! Thank you, Heather, Pablo, and especially Marcello!“

“A very nice and popular local brewery off Main Street and near the train station. I believe it was the first one in Lansdale. They have a great selection of home crafted brewed seasonal beers for sale on the first floor. All that I’ve tried tried were absolutely great. Downstairs is a bar, restaurant, tables, a stage and restrooms. The food is generous and delicious. The bar is old fashioned comfort where people get together and have fun. They offer entertainment and different events. Check their website for their latest schedule. . A very relaxing place to have a good time with friends.“

“Tried a few dishes here and overall it was a decent experience with some clear hits and misses.

We probably overordered, but that also showed the portions are generous and the value for money is actually pretty good.

We started with the salad, which was fresh and well-prepared—simple but good.

The seafood bisque was enjoyable, though it leaned heavily toward fish and lacked a mix of other seafood, which would’ve made it more interesting. The seafood soup, on the other hand, was just okay—it definitely needed more depth and seasoning.

For appetizers, the fried shrimp and fried calamari were both decent, nothing special, but the dipping sauce with the calamari stood out and elevated the dish a bit.

The grilled octopus was a miss—it lacked flavor and tasted like it had been previously frozen, which took away from the texture and overall experience.

For mains, the Singari sea bass was solid—the fish tasted fresh and was cooked well overall.

The clear winner, though, was the butterfly shrimp. It was buttery, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor—easily the standout dish of the meal.

Overall, a mixed experience but worth it for the butterfly shrimp alone.“

“We got the ice cream!! It was so ice and cream!! When I ate it I was transported to another dimension of flavor and amazing things! It was truly a transcendental experience with all the flavors and all of the goodness that you can get from eating it over and over again!! I think it’s really good that they have good cream and that it is ice cream because if it was not ice cream it wouldn’t be good to have it be that way.
