Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Go just about every day with my wife and get the same gelati. Every single time me and her never get any custard in the bottom of it. At first we thought it was just 1 new girl, but after a while it turns out it’s every single worker except for like 1. And when I say no custard in the bottom I truly mean there isn’t any in the bottom like it’s a scam to save money .
