Came through the doors at 9:48pm and somebody named Isabella shouted out "we are closed" even though their hours are until 10pm. Another employee yelled out that they could still serve me. Isabella had a very nasty attitude
My family and I went to Cold Stone on Saturday night. We always loved going to this location but lately it’s been kind of a rocky experience. The last time we were there, it was during the day with low traffic and the bathroom was disgusting; but as this is the only location near us, we decided to give it another shot. Saturday evening. Movie crowd and young people. Taking a while for service. Staff was very polite and attentive. Order was correct and tasty as always. Running low on some flavors, I wanted strawberry but it was the bottom of the container and accidentally mixed with the neighboring flavors on the sides. I took a pass. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but managed to greet us warmly and fill our order correctly. Will visit again at a less busy time.
