I ordered on line, picked up my bagel box and they substituted 4 bagels w/o mentioning to when I picked up. I had sad kids who did not get their choice. I called and asked to replace the wrong bagels with available options. I had to drive back, bring in the 4 wrong bagels (which they honestly should have said to not worry about) and they told me they needed to charge me $0.50 more because one of the replacements cost slightly more - when they should’ve just replaced it.
