We ate here this Friday night. We’ve been here a couple of times before. Tonight I had the side salad, with glazed walnuts, feta and bacon on a bed of fresh beautiful mixed greens with a delicious slightly creamy balsamic vinaigrette. My entree was the brisket mac and cheese with onion straws and large cubes of tender delicious brisket. Both items were absolutely delicious, dishes I’d expect from a fine dining restaurant. My husband had the brisket sandwich served on a delicious fresh roll. We were very happy with our food and our friendly waitress. Highly recommend.

We had dinner there tonight. The service was great. Tess was our waitress. She was friendly and checked on us frequently. The food was great. The bacon is cooked perfectly. No complaints. My husband likes the beer selections. I ordered Buffalo Trace with coke. We'll be back!

Place is dirty and we were probably the first to visit today. Menus are printed on paper and disgusting stained and not even cut straight. Food was ok but over priced. Not the place for me....

It was just okay nothing special. Our drinks were bad as the coke machine was not working but she did make us new ones. The cheddar soup was very good but the burger was asked to be pink But came out over cooked and a bit dry. All we got was “sorry about that” and quickly left .The fries had no life just a floppy potato stick. Not on our return list

Delicious burger and fries. The Farmhouse burger had a fried egg cook to gooey perfection, delicious bacon, and a moist, delectable patty. I highly recommend this restaurant in Washington.

Arrived at roughly 6 pm on a Tuesday. Turkey club = amazing. Haven’t had Blantons whiskey is years due to availability in my area … so I had 5.(markup not super crazy <100%) Barkeep was great, on point and attentive. Their bacon in a secret sauce , unheard of(from a hog family farm myself). As a traveler that frequents Pitt from central PA. This place is a must stop.

I've been to B3 a few times in the past, and would typically give a 4 star rating. Today's visit has left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. To start, I walked in and was the second guest in the entirety of the building. I took a seat at the bar a few seats down from the other patron, who was engaged in conversation with what I assumed to be the bartender. After 3 minutes of constant conversation between the employee and the other patron, I was finally asked "what I want", to which I replied - "to see a food and drink menu". Fast forward a few minutes, and a young woman approaches me and asks if I know what I want to eat. I asked for a beer off their menu, nothing special, then ordered my sandwich with fries. After 5 additional minutes the floor manager asks me if I was drinking anything, I told him my order and he finally brought me my beer. So let me point out, it took 15 minutes to get a beer, as guest #2/2 in the place. I saw more servers standing about than actual guests. After 20 minutes my food came out with the wrong side, my beer glass had been empty for over 5 minutes, and when I finally received my second beer it looked like it had been hurriedly poured, with beer slipping all around the sticky sides of the glass. The only quick part of my service was when my server Andrea brought me my bill.
Update: I've given B3 a few more chances since my review. While still not 5 star worthy, the quality of their food really does shine, even when the service is lacking. One of the best draft lists outside of the city makes this one I'll keep a watchful eye on.

I’m a pretty tough critic and this place is really good! Great food, loved our waitress! Rock solid.
Our experience want so great sad to say. We were just in town and wanted a drink and hot meal. We visited the washington pa locations. Drinks, very good, meal, not so much. The appetizer Brussels sprouts good, we wanted the bacon-wrapped chicken, but they didn't have any. We settled for a burger, I asked for pink, and a brisket I guess sandwich. The burger was harder and blacker than I hockey puck but the fries were good and the slab of dead we were told was brisket was, Well, a slab of meat. We walked out of there spending 100 dollars, yes with tip because the girls were really nice, only to go find a snack to eat. It's like we just threw a hundred dollar bill in the garbage

One of my new favorites in the area! Food was delicious! I can’t wait to go back. I did give four stars for service cause we did wait awhile for our food-but it did not disappoint. Just don’t plan on popping in for a quick meal.

Honestly one of the better burgers I have had in a while and even the fries were good. Service was on point and enjoyed a couple of beers. I'm familiar with bourbon and rye whiskey prices on fifths and the prices on single shots were very expensive for mid range products. The cocktail prices were in line. Only 4 stars because of the overpriced liquor prices. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely return.
