“My family (8 children of all ages and 8 adults) were at the location tonight when they seemingly had everything working against them due to breakdowns in the kitchen and other issues. I witnessed other patrons grow frustrated because of these uncontrollable breakdowns and blame those that had no control of the situation. But above all, I witnessed staff that “took the punches” and pushed forward. Our server went above and beyond to explain the scenario, assure us that they could still serve us, and made sure we were taken care of even through visibly being stressed and overwhelming. On top of that Management was professional and apologetic. I’ve dined at your location before but tonight I commend you all for pushing through and will definitely return.“
