Fantastic meal!
We recently had dinner at another well-known New York City restaurant that came with a great reputation, so our expectations were high. Bistecca was simply better.
The Filet Oscar was cooked exactly as I ordered it—fork-tender and packed with flavor. The sides were every bit as impressive. The gnocchi, potatoes au gratin, asparagus with hollandaise, and Brussels sprouts were all outstanding. This is the kind of meal where you have to make them clear the table because you’ll keep going back for one more bite.
The Orange Manhattan was excellent, too.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff was genuinely friendly, and our server, Dane, was exceptional. He was attentive, personable, and made an already fantastic meal into a truly memorable experience.
We’ve lived nearby for years and can’t believe it’s been so long since our last visit. It definitely won’t be that long before we’re back.

I’m never the person to leave a bad review but this was not good. We went there with my family for my birthday. Server spilled beer on me and down the back of my chair. Never even cleaned it up. I sat there the entire dinner with a puddle of beer under my feet. Didn’t even comp any items off the bill and had the audacity to give a coupon for a free dessert on my NEXT visit! Truly ridiculous. Steaks were good but very over cooked. Ordered medium rare and came out with no pink inside. Was not going to send the steaks back and deal with that. Very disappointed and will not eat there again. You’ll get better service and food at Waffle House down the road.

Fantastic meal. Service was second to none. Enjoyed window seating to watch the races. Thanks.
It was our first visit and we were very impressed. Service was outstanding and food was top notch. Will definitely be visiting again.
Very disappointing
New York strip was very tough and chewy, husbands filet was well done and burnt on the outside. I was excited to be at a real steakhouse, but this was a big let down. Would never go back

Bistecca Steakhouse in Washington, Pennsylvania, isn't just a meal; it's an event. From the moment you step into the elegantly appointed dining room, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of sophisticated indulgence. Located on the Sky Level of Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, the restaurant offers more than just exceptional cuisine – it provides a stunning backdrop with views of the racetrack and casino floor, creating a unique and vibrant ambiance.
The true star of Bistecca, however, is undoubtedly its menu. Focusing on classic steakhouse fare with a distinctive Italian flair, the restaurant boasts a selection of USDA Prime steaks that are cooked to absolute perfection. Whether you choose a tender filet mignon, a robust New York strip, or a perfectly aged ribeye, each cut showcases the quality of the beef and the skill of the kitchen. For those seeking alternatives, the fresh seafood options are equally impressive, with dishes like, my favorite, the sea bass and the acclaimed seafood appetizer platter consistently earning rave reviews.
Beyond the exceptional food, the service at Bistecca elevates the entire dining experience. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring every guest feels pampered. Many reviewers specifically commend the warmth and professionalism of the servers, noting their ability to enhance special occasions and create a welcoming environment.
The wine list at Bistecca is another highlight, featuring an extensive selection of over 150 bottles with a strong emphasis on Californian and Italian varietals. With more than 20 options available by the glass, there's a perfect pairing to complement every dish and palate. The presence of a cigar bar further adds to the upscale and mature atmosphere, offering a sophisticated space for pre- or post-dinner relaxation.
While the price point positions Bistecca as a fine-dining establishment, the overall consensus is that the quality of the food, the impeccable service, and the unique ambiance justify the cost. It's a place for special occasions, romantic dinners, or any time you want to treat yourself to an exceptional steakhouse experience.
In a town with various dining options, Bistecca stands out as the premier destination for those seeking a memorable meal. It successfully blends the classic steakhouse experience with elegant touches and Italian influences, creating a dining adventure that is both satisfying and sophisticated. If you're in the Washington, PA area and craving a truly outstanding steak or exquisite seafood in a refined setting, Bistecca Steakhouse is an absolute must-try.

Beautiful dining experience! Scrumptious food. Crab cake, scallops & salmon made to perfection! Tasty dessert..the Lemon Blueberry Tart to die for!
Love the Chilian sea bass, the Augratin potatoes were dry and a bit overcooked. The waitress was kind in serving a small cake that we brought to the restaurant for our friends anniversary

Perfection! My filet melt in my mouth. Our waitress was amazing and I wish I remembered her name. Thank you for a Perfect evening every time
Bristecca is one of the Best and most consistent restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. Food is outstanding. Mark at the bar is absolutely the best. The Chef is amazing, always top notch and delicious
This was our first time there and everything was excellent. Our server did a great job and the food was outstanding. You pay a premium there but for a special occasion it is worth it.
Went for Easter Brunch. Lovely menu. Did not want a buffet. Everything was delicious, hot and well plated. Service was on spot. Timely but not hurried. Had a 6 y.o. with us. She was able to get buttered noodles. Many places, especially on a holiday, deny that request. Bistecca is a favorite of ours.
The food, the service and the entire experience are always the best at Bistecca. If our schedule allows, we go there at least once a month. You won't find nicer people, better quality of food or reasonably priced food, anywhere else. You deserve it. Try it for yourself and see. Denny and Jackie Bevan
