My unannounced party of seven showed up here, we were trying for a different restaurant, but their lot was completely full. Luckily Dee Jay's was ready for us👍. Awesome appetizers😋see photos. Our food was very good, nicely sized portions for the price. My horseradish bacon burger was good, but lacking in the tangy heat of horseradish😟. Fish sandwich was massive and ribs were juicy and tender. House made coleslaw is delicious. Plenty of parking, handicapped accessible and Easy in and Easy out onto Racetrack road or up to Casino 🎰. I would recommend giving this place a try upon your next Casino or foodie outing👍😃

Food was fantastic, but our server acted like we were her inconvenience. Maybe she just had a bad day. None in our group rewarded her with our usually high tipping.

We were stopping on our way to Ohio. It wasrecommended to us at Hampton Inn check in. We were thrilled. The service was spectacular.The happy hour pretzel bites were soft and hot and included cheese sauce. We had the half rack ribs with fries and cold slaw. Never had ribs fall off bone and you could eat with a fork. Fries were a different shape, but hot and delicious. Cold slaw perfect. Can't say enough good things about this place.Ypu have got to try it. It will now be our go to place we we travel from VA to OH a few times each year!

had a meal here after the adios at the meadows. really great service. the bartender was in charge of the place and was running a pretty tight ship. it certainly seemed like she was the driver of the entire operation. food was prompt and hot..and pretty good as a whole. my party got beans, coleslaw, mac , ribs and pulled pork....everything was pretty good minus the mac which neither of us felt has very strong. the mac tasted just kinda bland and off...everyone uses different cheese though and it might just not have hit the right notes with me. everything else though we were pretty happy with...

The chicken i had was very juicy and spiced just right. With the sides it was almost too much to eat. Service was amazing. My glass was never empty and they were there anytime we needed anything. Will be coming back again.

I’m a travel agent who happened to stop by on my family vacation with a party of 8. We were barely acknowledged after seating ourselves as the sign said. It took 15 mins for anyone to acknowledge us to even get drink orders and menus. I watched a party of five or six come in after us and get seated, drink orders and place their order before we got our drinks. Then I watched as every other person got checked on before ever coming back to take our order. We were there 35 mins with two acknowledgements. AND the drink orders were wrong after she wrote them down. I went up and told her to give me the bill for the drinks to pay because we were leaving. She stated then that she was coming right then. I said it was too late the kids were hungry and needed to eat and was told not to worry about paying for the drinks.
As we walked out the door the manager did chase me down and ask what happened. I explained and he offered for us to come back at half off. I said no - I don’t trust food places when you’re not happy. He offered a gift card and I told him I wouldn’t be back as we were out of town and just traveling through. At that point it was too late.
It was a party of eight on a Tuesday afternoon who would have tipped well but didn’t get the chance because no one wanted to actually wait on us. I can’t rate the food because I never got to try it.
It is a cute restaurant with a fun birthday promo. Just not staff that wants to work.

Great food. Excellent friendly service. Comfortable and welcoming environment. Don't get out here much but will make a point to come back when I do. Certainly worth another visit. Ribs are fantastic.

We ordered from the catering menu. Everything was ready, packed up carefully and tasted delicious. They even carried it to my car.
We were very pleased and will return for more great BBQ!!!
