I go to a few Dunkin’s, mcmurray, bethel park and here. Kristen that got moved from bethel to mcmurray is amazing but unfortunately If she’s not there, I can’t asure my coffee will be made right. But this is the ONLY Dunkin that makes my coffee right no matter who makes it. Crystal is always sure I’m taken care of. Thank you for making my day so much better. Crystal and her crew are truly awesome!

Come here every single morning and things are usually pretty fast. One day i chose to go inside and I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone got my order and I was the only one inside. They finally gave me my coffee and I stood there another 10 minutes before I finally asked if I could have my muffin. I’m here again this morning and I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes now and only 2 cars are in front of me. I actually got out of my car to look inside to...

Coffee is always great!
The Avacodo toast could be more toasted, but that seems to be an issue across locations. They should just call it Avacado Bread. The Avacado spread is really good.
Mobile order ahead service needs improved - they tend to miss ordered items
