The Mercato pizza place may want to educate workers on food safety standards. Serving room temperature pizza when you have a giant oven behind you to heat it up isn’t good for anyone.
I had the original burger. It was not bad. The taste was good enough. The meat looked odd to me though. It wasn’t a thick burger. It was a thin, greasy charred patty that had smooth brown spatula scrapings from the grill. Based on the meat used and the price being higher from inflation, I can’t really say anything great about it. A fluke, I don’t know.
