Food was extremely salty. I was surprised by the high sodium levels in the salad dressing and the Fettuccine Alfredo sauce. Oh, and dear waitress, I know you did not provide me the "correct" amount of "change" back from paying my bill. Thank you for reminding me of the "dishonesty" that exist in the world.

We wanted to have a nice family dinner but we are so disappointed with the service especially from Amber. We ordered our food starting with salad and soup. The salad was served to my husband and the soup never came so I asked Amber about it, 2 minutes later she came with a soup served in a plastic container and a spoon in her hand saying that they didn't have any clean bowls while at the same time we saw how other waiters brought soups to their tables near us in bowls with their usual presentation as it should be served. I consider that it was disrespectful and rude! So I cordially asked for a soup in a regular bowl as it should be served and still she said again that will see if they have any clean bowls! She then brought me a soup just in the bowl and not as it is usually served! What a lack of presentation! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! And Olive Garden should have standards for hiring their staff that are consistent with the attention and service they promote.

Takeout girl was just talking to her coworker while taking my order I just got soup and breadsticks with Alfredo. Drove an hour home and saw 1- soup lid wasn’t on so my car floor will smell like soup for months and the Alfredo I paid an awful amount for wasn’t even in the bag. So disappointing as I rarely eat out I was excited to enjoy my meal. When calling back I was on hold forever. Completely Unacceptable

We are 2 for 2 this month with less than average meals.
Both visits the soup was barely warm.
Service was much better the second visit, which raised the score to average between the 2 visits.
This is normally our favorite Olive Garden, so I hope things get better soon!

Everything was terrific! Our server (Kelsey T.) was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. The food was served very quickly even for our party of six. The portions were so huge, everyone in our party had leftovers to take home!

From the moment we arrived, Brennan’s attentiveness and efficiency stood out, making us feel welcome and well cared for. His prompt service and warm demeanor transformed our meal into a delightful experience. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Brennan’s dedication to ensuring we had a great time was evident in every interaction. Olive Garden is fortunate to have him, and we look forward to returning for another wonderful evening.
