Ordered from door dash think it's the best pizza in Washington

Had pizza delivered n it was wrong, called n spoke to a guy n he said it can't be, he cut it himself. Told him I spent $60.00 on total order including tip. He said bring back pizza n he will make new one, I said make the pizza n tell delivery driver to pick up pizza that is wrong n bring new one, he said nothing I can do about it unless I drive 15 mins one way to get a new pizza after waiting over an hour for the original delivery. This place is said n going, going, going down hill fast.

It's a good pizza shop, it's not an amusement park or shopping center. Good pizza and they have decent desserts like tiramisu and chocolate cake.

Tried calling to figure out what ingredients are used in the gluten-free crust (I only need to know if it was cauliflower-based because I'm allergic to that as well) and was met with a very confused employee who ended up telling me he couldn't tell me what ingredients they used.

Ordered lasagna tonight and breadsticks . The lasagna was barely warm . I had to heat up in the microwave then when I tasted it . I couldn't even even eat it took one bite and threw it away it was that bad . It was so salty and tasted like olives and the garlic bread that came with it was like a brick non edible . I have eaten alot of lasagna in my life but that was straight up garbage . I have gotten bad food from there before and never said anything but this is my breaking point I'm tired of paying for food I can't eat . So I'm done eating there . Never again will I order from there again .

I'm new to the area and tried Olive Oils combo pizza (like a supreme) and wings. The pizza had beautiful fresh toppings and the dough had good flavor but it was soggy. I walked into the shop and ordered, brought it straight home 5 min drive and it was so soggy I had to use a fork. I only ate one piece and put the rest in the freezer. The frozen pieces were much better after being baked a second time. It was still soggy but edible. It would have been a great pizza as far as flavor and ingredients. A shame it was so soggy.
The wings were tough and dry making them hard to eat.

Food is very good!!!

I’d give a zero if I could for last night. I spent 60 some dollars on 2 20” pizzas and breadsticks. I ordered a mushroom and pepperoni pizza and there wasn’t a single mushroom on my pizza. Then I get the pizza and I can’t even eat it, the dough is not even cooked and raw on that pizza completely. The second pizza was okay with some spots that had uncooked dough. Really upset that I’m out 60 some dollars for mostly inedible pizza. Never again.

I have been a customer off/on for years. When I do buy it is decent money spent, plus $5 tip each time. Called ,wanted to order lunch. Was going to ask a few questions because of medical condition, person says he didn't have time to answer any questions because of lunch. I have always been polite to them. Will not be ordering from them .

The big fat disgusting slob manager who Must be a Nightmare to work for and his minions that work there in that filthy environment should All be Fired. A Cleaning Crew needs to go in there and Start over Once it's been sanitized. That disgusting slob treats people like Crap and Deserves to Sit at home and reevaluate his pathetic life and how to treat people. I Would Never Ever Order from that Pit. ???

Pizza was pretty good. The Cheese fries were good to. Not sure on how they stack up against other local places though. I'm only in PA 3 weeks at a time. Forgot to snap a pic of the pie lol.
