Roland's never disappoints! We had my dad's surprise 70th birthday dinner here tonight. Food was delicious as always, best Chicken Parm around, fresh pasta lasagna was amazing . Vincent was very helpful with planning the menu. Our waitress, Bailey, was on top of everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great Italian food and great service!
Well if I could give 10 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!!! We had a graduation dinner for my daughter there last evening with only 2 weeks notice. And everything was PERFECT!!! we decided on family style and the portions were huge and we had a ton of food to take home. The service was excellent! We will DEFINITELY have other functions there as well.
First time back to Roland’s Trattoria in a while. So happy it’s reopened. The sauce is probably the best restaurant prepared sauce around- absolutely no bitterness or bite. The veal was tender and a very nice portion. The angel hair pasta cooked to perfection. This restaurant is apparently not well known or the fact that it is open again, after the owner retired, hasn’t reached the population in the area. This is an absolute MUST try experience.
