The food was horrible!! I ordered a bison ribeye, and it was 80 percent fat, with a lot of gross fat. The kind of fat you would trim off when butchering the meat. The waitress did ask how I wanted it prepared, and it came out rare. The risotto was overcooked and lukewarm at best, and they served it with only four slivers of summer squash and zucchini. The service was awful, too. The waitress barely made it to the table a few times to ask us how the food was, so my husband had completely finished his food before she even knew I could not eat the fatty steak. The music was like club music, not dinner music, and was loud, annoying, and repetitive. When I mentioned the steak, the waitress removed it from the bill; however, neither the manager nor the owner came to the table to inquire about the issue. We will not be returning. For the prices of the meals, the service, food, and atmosphere, it should be incredible. I've been to many high-end restaurants, and this, in my opinion, is not one of them. The look of the restaurant when you walked in was the only thing that was decent. Everything else is very poorly executed.

We were disappointed. My wagyu burger was over cooked. My wife's zucchini and squash had a weird after taste, and she had to get an alternative vegetable. We really wanted to like this place. Our server was first rate but we won't be returning.

We celebrated Mother's Day a day early and had a lovely dinner. Amber was our server and she was fantastic! The menu is not extensive but it gives everyone a choice and we all made different selections and we're all pleased. I was treated to Mother's Day sangria that was complementary, and I believe mine was Blackberry and it was delicious. We had the Tuscan chicken dish, the ribeye, special bison, and I had the Chilean Seabass. It is a higher price point so you should prepare for that. But the chef and his team have done a wonderful job with the menu and I would recommend this restaurant. My teenage daughter was even impressed with the mocktail that the bartender prepared. Dessert was chocolate mousse and crème brûlée, both delicious. You should definitely check this restaurant out. It's very cool to see all the barrels in the background of the restaurant. They've done a very nice job with the decor as well.
