The owner of the bar was a veteran and always respected veterans. Mr. Wellman was causing trouble and was banned because of it, he is more than welcome to go enjoy other local bars because the Pour House Pub does not want his business.”

“First off this place is our go to when we go out to eat. Yesterday, we went for a birthday. Originally I called about 5 hours prior to the time we expected to be there to see if they took reservations. They said they don't on the weekends but do during the week. However, she took down my name, number and the party size. They called 15 mins prior to the time set to see if we still were coming so they could have the tables set up. Upon arriving they were super busy. They had the table all set up and ready with chips and salsa. Promptly took our drink orders as we waited for more people to show up. More people than thought showed up and they quickly were able to accommodate them to our party. They sung happy birthday at end and even did a redo as we requested whip cream in the face. ha. The waitress was absolutely amazing she got all orders correct and remembered who they went to. She also was on top of drink refills and checking in a good amount of times. Everyone was more than satisfied with their food. We spent about 1.5 hours there from start to finish. With a party of about 17 people.”

“My husband and I stopped for lunch today. We don't usually go to a Chick-fil-A but I'm sure glad we did. Since the weather was nice they had actual employees outside in drive thru taking your order which I thought was a refreshing change. I've never seen that done before. The employee who took our order, the employee who took our money and the employees who gave us our food were all very courteous, respectful and attentive which is rare these days. It's hard to even get some servers to even look at you! The food was exceptional and very filling. We will definitely be visiting Chick-fil-A again! I also want to thank Chick-fil-A for being an excellent example to the world and choosing to be closed on Sundays! You are not letting social or financial pressures interfere with your beliefs. “This place is legit. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the place was spotless even during a Friday lunch hour, and the food.... oh the food! The burrito was beyond massive and my husband raved about the carnita being flavorful and tender. My bowl had to tip the scales at well over a pound, at least. My chicken was moist and, other than the rice, could be an extremely healthy option, if that's what is desired. With the addition of a pint of salsa and seemingly half a bag's worth of homemade chips ( because we had NO idea), this is easily be enough for several lunches. Those of you that are local know this type of quality and authenticness is a rare find on Peach Street. Well done and cheers to many future visits!”
